The shower system worked as advertised, installed easily and looks great. Had some issues with frozen water (my fault) and customer service provided excellent assistance with locating the correct replacement parts.

Plastic Nozzles
Shower head is very functional for us since our little ones like the lower shower head. The rain shower is really nice, only issue is some of the plastic nozzles have fallen out causing water to shoot in different direction. The company has offered to help send replacement nozzles to fix issue. Hoping the sell the shower head alone in the future if this doesn’t work because it has been a sturdy shower head otherwise.
