This clock announces the time very clearly. Easy to find the button that announces time.

Lasted about a week and then stopped working. We are very disappointed!

Bought for a blind person to replace the one she had that quit working. This was terrible. Doesn’t announce time like it says that it does. Unless you press a button for the time.if I could give 0 stars I would. Returned! Immediately.

I got this clock for my mom, who is legally blind and wanted a talking clock that would announce the time hourly. She has had it for a month, and it generally works well. She is quite hard of hearing, and the volume could be a bit louder, but it does get the job done for her. Turning the hourly announce off and on is a bit of a challenge for a visually impaired person. There should be a separate button for that function instead of having to go through a menu. Overall, this is a good clock.
