EezoxPremium Synthetic Gun Care (3oz Spray Can)

I love this stuff! I work outdoors in the rainy PNW where rust is a real problem. I had watched several videos that attempted to do extended metal exposure tests (outdoors, in a chamber with salt water spray, etc.) and Eezox always ranked quite highly, so I bought a small spray can of it. While I actually purchased it for my sidearm, I first tried it on my Leatherman Wave, which is part of my EDC. In less than a minute brown ooze was puddling up on my desk! This stuff broke loose rust I didn't even KNOW was in there! Worked all the actions back and forth a few times and gave it a rub down with a clean cloth. Good as... NO! BETTER than new!Not as "oily" feeling as some other lubricants but it IS advertised as a sort of "dry" lube, so we'll see. If nothing else it seems to be an excellent cleaner and solvent. Smells relatively good too! Unlike others that I would never even think about using indoors. Ordered a precision applicator and another 4 oz spray can today.

I just recently went through my entire toolbox to clean off all rust and used this product to protect them. I had used a different product for cleaning rust chemically but it was a massive failure. Recommend using mechanical/physical cleaning methods for rust+oil. This works pretty well via suspension.I had some pliers that no longer closed due to the rust and this product fixed them. I will never understand how my tools rust so badly considering I put them in a box with dessicant and live in southern california, now they should remain rust free (assuming the coating lasts).I will leave an update in a few years for an update to say how long it lasts. I store my tools in bags inside a large pelican case. It is a similar condition to how most people store firearms.I haven’t yet applied it to a gun. I might also leave an update for firearms, and compare this to hopps #9 for cleaning, lubrication, and rust protection.

It does a great job cleaning my guns, lubing, and protecting from rust. No need to multiple products and multiple stages which cuts down on the number of things I need to bring to the range with me. Spray it on and wipe off the dirt and grime. If storing for a long time give it a quick dusting. I use it for everything around the house too. I used it on my garage door and it got quieter.Oh and not a hint of rust on anything since I started using it 6 months ago and cleaning has gotten easier.

This stuff is great. So great that I bought of friend of mine a can. It wasn't awkward until he looked at me and said "you bought me lube". It leaves the finish of the gun with a nice sheen that is not greasy.

A good and effective gun cleaning product.

I've used remoil all these years. I never realized how badly rusted my muzzleloader would be every fall and how remoil was the culprit. I saw a picture on the web about a washer expirament. A bunch of large washers hanging on a board,sprayed/coated with various oils and lubricants and tossed out to the elements of mother nature. The pic showed how badly the remoil and wd-40 was. The EEzox still looked almost new. I bought a squeeze bottle of it and was thrilled. Both a solvent and lubricant. Run several patches thru and that's all she wrote.Now I'm with the spray. 1 product that does the job of 2. Works well on muzzleloading blackhorn209. Here's a pic of that test and you can see the huge differences in various oil products vs rust.

This size of Eezox spray (3oz) is bad. The aerosol delivery device runs out way before the can is empty, which leaves you with product that you cannot access. Such a waste for a really good product! Would not buy again!
