So, the product Is very nice and the product quality is too good. It works best in winters as the product is a bit thick (not too thick!). But in the picture it shown slim fit and the real product that I received was a bit loose. But I can't complain as it is too good.And yes 13-14 years olds can wear it.Would recommend you to go for it.
