Where are the stars?
I ranked it low for the fact I spent more money buying the balloon from this store so it would match the other balloon I had and when it came, it was solid. I purchased the blue balloon with stars.

Unable to inflate because it was stamp-glued together
when I attempted to blow up the balloon it was stamp-glued together right across the #1 I guess by accident. This shows that quality control is not happening. Given that it was for a birthday the next day, I didn't bother contacting the company.

Very strong chemical smell!
There was a Terrible chemical smell as soon as I opened it! Not sure if it was cheap quality or what. Didn’t use it because I was worried whatever the chemical was would get on my son. It was also super small. Do not recommend!

it was super small and the helium wouldn't keep it up... i didn't end up using it

WASTE
Not what I ordered it came in solid blue but with stars. Was smaller than expected and wouldn’t float. Ended up buying a large number 5 from party city for 11$ well worth it don’t waste your time here on cheap stuff!
