Just arrived 4/2/25. Put it to use quickly. Initial impressions; it’s GREAT! Several key points: - unlike some of the reviews, the Owner’s Manual mine came with is in English. That said, the unit is so simple to operate, I actually didn’t check the manual until AFTER I was using it (I only looked at the manual to see if it was indeed, written in Chinese, and to see if there were hidden features). On the hidden features; not really. Hold the + button for 1s to turn it ON. Figured that one out after installing the batteries. Hold the - button for 2s to turn it OFF. 5 levels of soap dispensing. Press + or - to adjust. - it uses 4xAA batteries. This is something I actually consider a positive vs needing to wait for a built-in battery to recharge. When the small Green LED stays Red, it’s time to replace the batteries. - unlike some other units that use AA batteries and state that you need to use alkaline batteries, as the 1.2v nominal voltage of NiMh rechargeables is too low, and their soap dispenser may not work, the manual for THIS UNIT explicitly states that you CAN use rechargeable batteries in this unit (they just have the standard disclaimer of not mixing battery types). Great. I have a few dozen Eneloop batteries. Yep. It works great with 4 of those. - It’s a nice size, and I like the clear tank, making it very easy to see how much soap is in it. I’m using it at the kitchen sink for regular Dawn dish soap, and it dispenses it with ease - good clearance for hands, or a dishwashing sponge, and the dispenser is indeed no-drip. I’ll update in a few months to a year from now, for battery life with 4 AA Eneloops, and how the unit is holding up (if it doesn’t fail before then).

I was so completely pleased with the design, construction (including the materials), and performance of this dispenser that I ordered a second one on May 5, 2023. Unfortunately that second unit did not function properly (actually, at all!). I tried another set of fresh batteries but to no avail. On the package there is a note stating that, if something is wrong, the purchaser should contact the company via an email address. I did so, carefully describing the problem (the company did not even want a picture or video of the defective unit, just the Amazon order number), and received a prompt reply stating that a replacement would be sent to me immediately. This replacement was scheduled to arrive on May 22, 2023. Obviously it arrived well-before that date. I had asked how the company wanted to handle the defective unit and I received a reply telling me to just discard it. Frankly, in today's market, that kind of service is almost unimaginable! Once the unit arrived (last week), the company wrote to me and asked if I was satisfied (and of course I responded in the affirmative). The replacement unit functions just as perfectly as does the first one. I am sure that the defective unit I received was just an anomaly. This company, Upper Echelon Products, is a SUPERB company regarding customer care and customer service. I have not experienced anything like this kind of service in many, many, many years. If you need or want an automatic liquid soap dispenser for a bathroom or kitchen, I strongly - VERY STRONGLY - recommend that you buy this one. Its design, its quality, and, above all, the customer support which you will receive from the company, makes buying this dispenser an extremely wise purchase. That doesn't even mention its performance which is positively first-rate. And that's not even to mention another thing: the price of this unit, currently $27.99 (BEFORE any applicable discounts here on Amazon). In my opinion that price is a BARGAIN for what you get. And you must keep in mind that the manufacturing company TRULY CARES about the satisfaction of its customers. Again, VERY VERY VERY HIGHLY (as highly as I can state) RECOMMENDED. This is a super soap dispenser...simple to use, responsive, and has enough battery power to support its effective function--and they last awhile. (We use on the lowest dispensing setting with rechargeable lithium ion AA batteries). We also take good care as the instructions give to maintain it. I was pleasantly surprised that a replacement was promptly sent when ours finally gave out (after almost 3 years)...I along with other happy reviewers are glad for the excellent customer service, and the company standing behind its products...Rebecca very cordial and communicative. We keenly missed it and glad to be up & running again:) The replacement seems to operate with the same excellence as our original one, and has a 2 year warranty. This is the first day, so hopefully with good care, it will have longevity. There are several on the market that look similar this dispenser...yet may not be near as dependable, and come with top rate customer service.

This liquid soap dispenser is excellent! I first discovered it at my sister's house during a recent visit, and knew I had to get one for myself. I ordered two -- one for each bathroom -- and fell in love with them instantly. They function well, and solve one of the biggest problems we used to have with liquid soap dispensers up to that point: big messes and lots of waste by our young children. After buying our first two, I bought two more for the kitchen -- one for hand soap, and one for dishwashing liquid. Aside from conserving lots of soap, my favorite thing about them is that they are hands-free. Now I wish I had a hands-free faucet and an automatic hand dryer. NOTE: Keep an eye on the price. The first two cost me around $25 each, but when I went to purchase the second two, the price increased to $27. I let them sit in my cart for a couple of weeks, and sure enough the price dropped to about $22.

Thanks @everlasting_comfort I received my Automatic Soap Dispenser on August 17th. I was so excited to open the box and pour in my Garrison + Home Lemon Verbena refill soap and was stopped my tracks because there were no 4 AA batteries included. I have them today and loaded them in. I filled up the dispenser and snapped on the lid. The motion sensor is very sensitive. I just mistakenly moved my hand across to reach over near the bottle and it released soap. It is very quiet and it will be placed near my kitchen sink. It is sturdy and heavier once it is filled with soap. It is waterproof, so no worries of it becoming damaged if it comes on contact with water. The dispenser is easy to operate and allows you to adjust the amount of soap that you would like released with + or - buttons. There is a battery low indicator that will light up red. Pressing the - button for 2 seconds turns it off between refills, so no accidental releases if the sensor activated #everlastingcomfort #gotitfree #gotitfreetoreview #producttester #productreviewer

I purchased one of these, loved how it looked and initially functioned. After a month, I purchased another one. I really liked this dispenser and received tons of compliments. However, a little after a year or so one of them started making a loud noise as the soap came out. It became unreliable and often didn't dispense soap but only made a noise when the soap was supposed to come out. It's definitely not durable, nor reliable. That went on for a few months and eventually soap no longer came out, only noise. I emptied the soap and changed the batteries, but it didn't help. My husband said it sounds like a faulty motor. At this point, the other one is still working; but I assume that one will stop as well. Due to it malfunctioning and evidently clogging up or the motor defaulting with very little wear/tear and low volume use, I wouldn't recommend this dispenser.

Kupione dwa egzemplarze, są ładne, wygodny otwór do nalewania mydła w płynie, ale jest problem z działaniem. Standardowe mydło jest zbyt gęste, trzeba było rozcieńczyć 1:1 z wodą, żeby wypływało z dozownika i to jest jeszcze do zaakceptowania. Niestety czujniku ruchu w obu dozownikach reagują przypadkowo na ruch ręką, tak jeden raz na 3-5 poruszeń ręką. Próby pobrania miarki mydła jest bardzo frustrująca. To najgorszy wynik z kilku ostatnich używanych dozowników automatycznych i będę zwracał urządzenia.

*Please be aware this review is being written from a completely blind person's perspective.* I love this soap dispenser already, and I’ve only had it less than 10 minutes. I set it up independently within minutes, and there are several things I already like about it. A. It allows you to use your personal choice of liquid soap, unlike another brand which only allows you to use their bottles, which are made for it, and only one size. B. When this dispenses soap, the sound is longer depending on the volume selected, which is really useful for me. I’ve read some reviews saying it’s noisy, I like that because at least I know it’s working! C. Thanks to the reviewer who explained how to turn it on, that was really helpful. The plus button also has a tiny dot on it if anyone’s noticed, which really helps people like myself. D. It feels really nice to the touch, sleek and fits well on my bathroom sink. E. I didn’t find volume 1 quite enough for a handwash, so have mine set to 2. F. I have put vanilla soap in, my favourite scent. I obviously use my hands all the time, and I like them being nice and soft. G. All in all, a great product, would recommend to other blind people, and anyone else looking for a nice soap dispenser. Yes maybe a little pricey, but worth it as you get what you pay for. I also like the little rubber tip just under the dispensing nozzle. H. Really easy to fill. Thanks ELC for this great product. I hope I'm using it for years to come, or at the very least able to buy a new one if this one were to break, would definitely buy this again. One final couple of things I’ve noticed, and really like. How the bottle for the soap is built into the unit as opposed to a separate container, the dial for the twist battery rug is a really good idea. No way they can fall out.

I absolutely love this soap dispenser easy to use and looks fancy. I’m using it to dispense soap at the kitchen sink and I love that the amount is adjustable. Hold plenty of liquid soap, it also has a 2 year warranty which appealed to me in case something happens to it later on.

Me encanta su diseño, es moderno y decora mucho, de lo mejor su gran capacidad ya que te ahorras estar llenando continuamente el recipiente, el sensor va muy bien y detecta enseguida las manos, el que se pueda regular es genial, pues ahorra jabón y lo adaptas a lo que tú necesites. Lo aconsejo estoy muy contenta con mi compra.
