I have the ones behind the ear but feedback is a problem, with this type the microphone and receiver are apart which reduces the feedback. There is a great advantage also in that it can be used with the Mobile/Landline Telephone when in conference mode - no whistle feedback etc.I do not have a problem with the cabling and the earpiece can be seen but the advantages outweigh this. The cable has a nice small clip to catch the earpiece if it falls out and the battery/electronics with the controls also has a bigger clip to secure it. The cable and cylinder can be tucked away out of sight and and chance of catching them on obstructions is reduced which means it can be used in the garden/diy.Will buy again when back in stock - for the other ear.

Received this item today, came on time but noting like the picture. It might do the job, but it's not what I ordered. In picture it's tubular more compact..what came was like a square box.

I bought this for my dad in November last year and initially worked well. I was happy that my dad was hearing perfectly. He told me today that it broke down suddenly. The light for charging is on but he cannot hear any more. I do not understand how it malfunction so soon?

Buon prodotto, amplifica bene con la selezione per ambienti aperti, dove amplifica prevalentemente la voce di chi parla o la TV, mentre i rumori di sottofondo si sentono un pò meno. Selezionando l'uso in ambienti silenziosi, invece, amplifica tutto, e se ci sono più fonti di rumore crea confusione. Comunque, ha il pregio di essere leggero, poso ingombrante e ricaricabile. L'ho comprato in offerta, per cui ne è valsa la pena. Secondo me il prezzo di partenza era troppo elevato per la resa del prodotto.
