Tom Kerridge's Fresh Start: Eat well every day with 100 simple, tasty and heal

I like Tom Kerridge recipes especially a recent one on tv so I decided to buy his book.It doesn’t disappoint,full of tasty recipes and easy too.Im sure that Ill be trying quite a few.One point I’d make is that I got the impression this book might have been returned at some point.The cover was scuffed and marked a bit scratched ,as if it had been on a rough surface.Delivery was prompt no problem.

I love the layout of this book, as well as the beautiful pictures. And I particularly appreciate the mention on how to freeze and defrost a lot of the meals. I have already tried two recipes, which were easy to make and very tasty. I find all the recipes so tempting, and I will probably end up trying them all.

Great book - watched the tv series and just had to have the book

I’m a massive foodie and I love the challenge of making varied dishes.I’m also a huge fan of Tom Kerridge and all he does, I had the pleasure of meeting him a few years back whilst delivering in Marlow, he’s as lovely and genuine in person as he is on the tv.Ok! Back to the book!I’ve made a few recipes from the book so far and none have disappointed, I batch cook on my day off to make life easier for the working week ahead, last week I made two dishes, New Potato, Spinach & Goat’s Cheese Frittata and Spaghetti Puttanesca, the Frittata was excellent but WOW! the Puttanesca was absolutely out of this world!!! (Both are shown in my pictures)The book has recipes for everyone, and some great vegetarian recipes too, yesterday I made Pumpkin & Spinach Dhal, again, it’s superb! I’ve bulked it up to last another night. (I’ve included a picture of this one also)I’ve got a large collection of cook books from all the tv chefs as well as a varied selection of Slimming World books, Tom’a new book is right up there as one of my favourites!If you’re a foodie like me, this book is right up your street!Thank you Chef! Awesome work! 👍🙏🥘Update 1st July 2019..Tom’s take on Bubble & Squeak is unbelievable!! I’ve made this dish of my own recipe for years but Tom’s version blows it away!!!This book is the gift that keeps on giving!
