Are these pens Monami or Slime Line?

I received the authentic monami pens that come in a case. They're great. The buyer I used is no longer available. I would use a seller with a high rating and return them and try again if you don't get the right ones. They're worth the trouble.

What type of tip do they have? Is it marker or ballpoint?

plastic tip water based ink. not ballpoint.

Does it bleed through paper?

No, although if you mark several times in the same spot (ex: shading in) then it will begin to show through the paper. Simply writing with the pen does not bleed through paper.
