It states that the lights are warm, but they are really more on the cold side. I will probably use an amber light polish on the bulb to warm it up. But if white is what you want then it’s perfect. It looks like a piece of art and I got the 20 light one that dropped just above our heads…a bit too low. I only wish they listed the length of the longest bulb because I would of gotten the one with a few less bulbs.

Please be cautious when ordering from this company if it’s a problem there is no way to contact them! I ordered 2 chandeliers for the same room side by side and they came with 2 totally different light bulbs colors!!! 😖 All replacement bulbs i have order have all blown out when installed! Every contact number or email i have been given by Amazon to contact the company to get replacement bulbs have not worked! I can’t understand why Amazon will sell something from a company that doesn’t provide working contact information! Very disappointed in the customer service but love the chandeliers just want them to have matching bulbs 💡!

While each wire is slightly adjustable, the shortest lengths can only get a few inches longer, which means you're stuck with a spiral layout. It CANNOT be made to look like the picture with random lengths. If spiral doesn't fit your aesthetic, do NOT buy this!If you are buying for the spiral look, the lights are pretty, and you may like it.

My electrician says he loves it too. Lots of work to install, but worth the price

After we installed the set it was not that impressive and we spend $$$ in installing the chandelier and lot of hrs and now we can’t really take it out and ask for our money back. I really wish if we can.They says if you need to change the white light bulb the voltage should be between 110 to 220 and I order this bulb from Amazon : G4 LED Bulb 3W Equivalent to 20W... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07XXQBF6X?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share and as soon I put it on there was a big spark and now I’m afraid of installing any other bulb. They don’t specify which bulb you can use.Also the bulbs they comes with has a really really low intensity and very dim. I’ll not recommend this unit, please save yourself some $$$

You can only get this chandelier in a less attractive spiral arrangement. The lovely random style shown is actually not available. It's a bate and switch scam in my opinion. The price is good for what it is, so if you want a spiral go for it.

One of the lights came cracked. It was also very very dim. It was too dim to use in a stairwell.The only appropriate place this would work would be over a table at a very dark bar. It emits less light than a single old school 40 watt light bulb.
