uneven baking
Uneven heating and not able to bake 4 racks at a time. Outer edge browns and middle items not baked well. Must rotate pans half way through baking time and can only bake 2 or 3 racks at a time.It took me several batches to figure out how to get the best results.Although convection ovens are suppose to reduce baking time and it is suggested to reduce the temperature by 25 degrees, I have found a 50 degree reduction in temperature and a longer baking time than a conventional oven is needed to get the results I desired.

Disappointed
Set the oven at 350 F. After an hour the temperature would not go above 300 F. Moved the temperature to 500 F and the temperature would stay at 300.

Waste of time and money.
This oven does not provide clear operating instructions. Oven does not work i cannot get it to heat over 200 degrees making it completely useless. Also, amazon will not cover the cost if shipping to return making it a huge hassle. Also needed an adapter to use because it does not state the type of electrical outlet it needs.

Great for small commercial business
This is a great oven for small business it will easily hold a 13 inch pizza tray. Will also hold a 15 inch tray but the sides fold up just a little. Necessary to turn the pizza to cook evenly. Also has to be done one at a time and on the center rack to allow the fan to move the air evenly. otherwise we have been using it for about 5 months and love it.

I wish I could rate this higher.
I'd like to give this oven a high rating, however I can't due to the fact that after only 3 months the oven stop working. I own a small french bakery and was relying on this oven to reheat our food items. While it worked, then performed well at heating up the food quickly, and the size was excellent for accommodating multiple items. Unfortunately, after only 3 months the connection to the thermostat broke, and the oven now does not even turn on.Great product, unfortunately it seems to have poor quality, and I cannot recommend to anyone who needs an oven for longer then a few months.

After 2 months oven quit
I have used my oven for only 2 months and 8 days, this morning baking pork chops an it went out!

Disappointed
First use and the glass shattered... so disappointed.

Takes hours to cook to minimal warmth. Constant cord shortages.
Not good for actually cooking. Is okay if you only want to keep food warm or you have hours to cook something that should only take 45 minutes. Have experienced problems with the power cord having shortages. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.
