Healthy PondsAquasphere Pro Biodegradable Pond Treatment, Treats up to 500,000 Gallons

This is my second review. First one I gave it a 3 stars. But after letting the bacteria grow and using it for 3 months now and using one a month on my 1/3 acre pond it hasn’t ever looked this good. Before I was netting algea and couldn’t stay ahead of it and now we are getting the dead brown algae just here and there. I will keep using this product. The clarity off the water is amazing. I use a fountain also to help out the bacteria. Just a little expensive but all you pond owners know the importance of have that clear water. The fish are healthy and spawning. Recommend highly

This product has been terrific for cleaning the water. My pond turned green and had a terrible algae bloom earlier this year. It was so murky you could not see below the surface at all. Started using this product once we had shocked the algae with an algicide, now you can see several feet down and it is truly very clean looking water. Toss it in once a month and it seems to do a terrific job. Likely a little pricier solution for this than I would like....but all in it does keep the pond crystal clear. If you try to use this instead of shock once it's gone green, I think you will be waiting a while. Also this is not a herbicide, so it does not work on weeds. You have to deal with them separately....in fact, sometimes I now think the water is so nice and clear it seems to grow more weeds than before.

The product was shipped in its original box without extra wrap or package. The sphere is fragile and arrived broken. I use this for a large pond and it was difficult to toss into it as prescribed. The powder was all in the bag.

We have been buying these for years to keep green slime off our pond. It really does work.They are a little pricey but it's well worth it to keep our pond looking good and keep that nasty slime off of our pond.

No noticeable effect.
