12 outputs on this amp is like selling a Toyota Prius with tractor trailer truck hook ups. It shuts off with only 6 to 8 speakers at a medium volume. There are no optical or hdmi inputs, only rca and 3.5mm, and it emits a loud ground loop buzz when you use those. Like the other reviewers stated, the seller refuses all returns after 30 days which that isn't enough time to set up the unit and discover these issues. While I have been trying to return this unit and using it sparingly even little parts such as the speaker clips are continuing to break. This reminds me of the quality of an amplifier you would have won at the arcade with tickets playing skee-ball.

I have installed 5 of these receivers in commercial and residential environments (restaurants, offices, private residence) and after 2 years of use, still running strong. I have used 6 to 10 speakers connected and playing simultaneously. My clients have no complaints on performance. Now, granted that this receiver cannot really handle 1000 watts...-true and consistent wattage is measured in RMS--- it still performs well for its $200+ price. If the included booklet is read, there are a few features that are quite handy...and one will know how to properly operate the receiver.

Crap, save your money. Just like others have said, it is defective. Overheats, smells like smoke and shuts down. Technical Pro requires you send it back at your own expense and then $30 for shipping and handling for what, another pos?

Junk. No it worth $50. They won't take it back. They state they will not take back open package. When turning up volume it will cut out. Horrible product and even worse customer service.

This receiver was an absolute waste of my money. I think I got a defective one. Anytime I plug in any component via RCA cables, there is a terrible buzzing sound.

Arrived with power supply or some other component loose inside the chassis. Audio sounds highly distorted at average listening levels.
