Good Instructio BUT Can’t Access Digital Patterns
Instructions are clear with illustration for clarification. However, I was not able to access the digital content (the patterns). I bought this because 1) I don’t have room for physical books 2) significantly cheaper. But it may end up more pensive if I have to buy the patterns from the website. Hopefully my friend will buy the book and lend me the patterns.

Truth: easy and fast for the creative and not so creative person.
There are some cute patterns and some patterns, like the ones of various cities capitals, are great for gifts for someone who comes from that city or state. Directions are easy to follow and give great leeway for one's own creative juices. I have made several and plans for more in the future. So if you are in the mood to ply your craft with your artistic juices, this is the book for you.

Disappointed
I found the book to be helpful on some things. I noticed the pattern directions, Shannon Brinkley free tutorials on satin stitch/image transfer and the book was very confusing. For example; On the pattern she said to use misty fuse or wonder web but on the pattern it says paper backed fusible (wonder under) for the image transfer.I felt like I was trapped into buying her online class to be able to see how she does each step. I am very discouraged with the directions/technique.

ok
Slightly disappointed. I'd seen a video of her where she was using a technique with non paper backed fusible where you don't reverse the motif. I thought this would be based on that but it's just normal fusing. It's all right but I found serependity quilts more interesting in the collage technique.

Use up those Scraps
This provides a good jumping off point for using up all those scraps. Good patterns and instructions, too, if you want to follow step by step.
