Works very well
This is a big improvement on some cheap ones we bought from LIDL recently. The dispense is quite quick, adjustable (albeit the adjuster could have been designed a little better), it takes a full 500ml, is easy to fill and the batteries are lasting well. It's also well designed to prevent moisture ingress. We hoped it would come with a proper wall bracket but it would just hook onto a screw, so we left it free-standing. It does look a bit like a coffee machine but we've grown to like the appearance. You may think £20 or more is a lot for such a luxury, but once you've owned one, you would never go back to pump-action bottles or bars of soap.

Great product; great support
We have used this dispenser for 18 months or so and are very happy with it. It has a continuously variable volume setting, and the batteries are in a well-sealed compartment in the back. A previous dispenser had batteries in the base, which eventually become wet and corroded. Our unit recently slowed down and eventually stopped dispensing - the pump worked, but no soap. The reason was that I had not flushed it with hot water between top-ups. The instructions do recommend this process; with the benefit of hindsight it's obviously a good idea.Segura's warranty support was prompt and efficient, and I'm a very happy customer. And my top tip is: when the dispenser needs topping up... first, fill it with hot water and keep "dispensing" until water runs freely. Then empty out the remaining water and re-fill with soap. And, as the saying goes... when all else fails, read the instructions!!

Neat for the price, but some consistency issues
Bought 4 of these for work and while they are quite neat for the price, there's a few things could be improved. With thin gel or liquid it dispenses far too much even on the lowest setting. With thicker, actual gel, they get clogged if left for a day or two; easily clearable for 3 of the 4 units but one of them keeps getting more seriously clogged with exactly the same gel and conditions. So quality control is presumably ~75% for these.

Stopped working
Got this premium product and another cheaper soap dispenser for my kitchen and bathroom. This one was in the kitchen stopped working after a year and the cheaper other brand which was used more is still going strong. That's my experience and i definitely could not recommend this so called premium product to anyone

Seems to be a good one so far!,
Have had a lot of disappointed experiences with soap dispensers and this is the best one so far. Has a big capacity and batteries on the side not underneath. The on/off switch is also in a sensible place and not on the bottom like some. You can see how much soap is in the reservoir as it is clear plastic. Some I have had are completely obscured so hard to see when its empty. Not too noisy like some I have tried. Only just got it so time will tell but have already purchased a second one.

Great product. Sink is now clean and tidy
Works fine for everyone in the house but doesn’t always see my hand 1st time. Mainly brought for kids as can set how much soap comes out so they don’t waste it but at the moment they are using more than ever as it’s a cool new gadget 🤦♂️ Would recommend as its a lot more tidy and don’t see anymore soap trails 👍🏻

Quality dispenser
We've bought a few soap dispensers for our various sinks, but this one is one of the better ones. We could tell this straight from the first operations. It definitely dispenses soap quickly which we like. I wish the instructions were a bit better, but I would be another if I had another sink which needed one!

I now own three of these.
Holds a good volume of soap and is easy to fill with a funnel. Also very easy to put batteries in (4 AA) but requires a small screwdriver.Over the last few months I've now purchased three of these dispensers as my previous soap ran out in two bathrooms and the kitchen.Only criticism I really have all but this device is the combined volume adjustment and power switch. It really could do with numbers on it it so that you can ensure you can get the volume back to where you want it after changing batteries etc.Posting and packaging were good. Not had a single problem with this device so far.
