Arrived super quick, bought this item in the US at a considerable difference in price from Amazon.ca so saved a ton of money… from the YouTube reviews this unit will work well on my 30x15 unfortunately my pool is closed up for winter as I live in Canada, but for just over $200 bucks I’m not worried.Note for shipper, put a name on the package as it was delivered to a townhouse house complex with no name, it nearly got returned, I only just managed to catch it as it arrived.

I purchased this back in March , upon arrival the power cord didn’t work. I called and told them they told me to go to a pool company and have them help you. Needless to say that upset me pretty bad, good thing I had an old cord laying around. Now when I put it in the pool it stops up against the wall of pool and just sit there, now when I come back out to check on this it’s in the same spot. Never cleaned the pool. I called and tried to get help and they said they would not do a refund. Now I have a box of crap and have yo find another vacuum. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MACHINE, there customer service sucks. The only reason I gave it a one is because there is no 0 for rating. Please stay away.

We have a 21’ round above ground pool and this robot does an excellent job cleaning the bottom. Easy to understand instructions and the battery life is great too.would highly recommend

Love the ease of this product. Previous robot was a lot of work.I highly recommend I have above ground pool, makes maintenance easier.

We bought this vacuum for our 18x33 oval above ground pool, and the first year 'Sebastian' did a fantastic job. This summer it won't hold a charge, and I can't find a replacement charging cable or battery anywhere. I've tried contacting their authorized sellers, but no one will respond. How utterly disappointing from a well known company such as Hayward. And especially unfortunate because there doesn't seem to be anything else like this on the market.

The battery doesn't seem to last. It worked great on our old pool, which was a smaller pool. Unfortunately, it broke, and we bought a new, much larger pool. And this little fellow doesn't seem to have the stamina for the bigger pool. It runs slower in it and does not pick up as well. I can't really remember if it is designed to handle a 27 foot pool or not. But, I have to clean it even when it's not full and charge it more often.

This was a complete waste of my money. It worked ok for the first few months. Each time I ran it, it would get hung up about 4X during the cycle and I would have to go move it. Now every time it hits the wall, it gets hung up and I have to go move it. I'm doing this about every 2 minutes. Defeats the purpose of having an automatic vacuum. I haven't even had it a full year.

This is so easy to use and does a great job.

I have above ground pool and this robot does the job. until now it's been 5 times i cleaned the pool and it really cleans. can't go wrong with hayward products. please read the manual instructions first to avoid problems. this robot picks up big leaves and algae very well. suction very good. no more wasting time cleaning yourself. just drop in the pool and came back when finished. i already told two family members about our experience with this robot and they purchased the item - i should get a percentage for the sale! I do recommend this product and the price is good for what it suppose to do.

Ran for 2 hours on first charge. Bottom of 14' round above ground pool was pretty much spotless when done.Make sure you read and follow the instructions. You MUST rinse it off after use, and you MUST let it completely dry before recharging. If you plug it in wet, covered in chlorinated water, you WILL kill it.The direction control tubes seem odd, but they work perfectly. Again, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.
