Life saver not even joking my bf has horrible headaches and this helps so much!!!

I really like that this product has a comfortable, pliable gel layer of cooling that wraps around the forehead, temples and base of head, where I get the most pain in my headaches. The even pressure is also soothing.I have a smaller head and this is a snug fit that I don't feel would provide enough coverage for larger-headed people. It would also be nice if there were an additional top panel of gel to cover the crown of the head as well. When stored in the fridge, this provides chilled reproof for roughly 20 min. When stored in the freezer, this can cause severe "ice-cream headache", but ends up lasting about 30-40min.I like it enough that I purchased a second, because I wanted to be able to rotate caps for cold relief in the fridge/freezer. Might be short-lived relief by design, to ensure additional purchases.I also caution storing this chilled with strong smelling foods. It soaks up onion smells in the fridge and freezer burn scent that can be off-putting during a severe headache.

It does help with the pain. Free of defects. High quality. packaging was very thoughtful and sweet. Fabric is incredibly soft and durable. Love the Velcro, doesn’t pull on hair but very securely stays in place. It’s surprisingly comfortable, sometimes I even sleep with it on, when I do wake up the next day or from a nap I always feel refreshed because it also helps with puffy eyes and facial swelling so I always feel that I look amazing after a treatment lol.Gel does get really cold but frankly depending on the severity or pain numbness of my migraines, I really that to be the case; though if it’s a mild headache or just tension headache it is probably unnecessary to put it in freezer and I wouldn’t recommend it completely frozen All it needs is a little time on the freezer or be left on fridge. It gets frozen moderately fast!Gel is super bulky and can also be a little heavy but I love that it’s so thick because the coldness lasts longer than other brands I tried. I also love that I can move get around to areas of suffering. This mask is super huge, but I like it because sometimes my migraines are on the back or on one side of the head so I get creative and I just turn it around so more areas are covered where I need it.Anyway it’s been helping a lot and it beats any other soothing method.

I got this for my boyfriend who suffers from pretty bad headaches a few times a week. We try not to take too many medications, so thought this could be good to try. It’s made a big difference when the headache comes on he wears it’s for 5-10 mins and it’s faded away. I’m happy I found this as an easy way to treat tension headaches!

Good for price

I use this for hangovers or if I have a headache. It’s cold at first but you get use to it. Material is soft to the touch and is adjustable. I also use this to ice my ankle easily wraps around!

Before I got this wrap, I'd purchased one which was very similar except it had a straight edge. This one is much more comfortable due to the area for your nose being open. It fits closer to my face, therefore blocking most all of the light. I wanted something I could wear farther down on my face, but my first purchase pressed down on my nose in an uncomfortable way. The Newgo wrap I bought fits low on my cheeks & high on my forehead without negatively affecting my nose. Since I just got this one yesterday, I can't give a review on its durability, but it appears to be of good quality. Thanks Newgo!

Not so pleasant in cold weather

DH got this for me and it's awesome! Easy to use and cuts through the pain of a migraine.

Great product, quality product and overall would buy again

I thought for the size the cold would last longer, but it lasted about the same as my smaller migraine relief bands(about 15-20 minutes). This is SO MUCH heavier and lasts about the same amount of time as my smaller, lighter migraine relief bands.The one thing I didn't like was the really short velcro hooks. This band is going to lose it's strength to stay closed & being it's so heavy its going to be difficult to stay wrapped around my head once the velcro loses it's grippiness. It takes up a lot of room in my freezer because it's so big. I'm glad I bought it on sale because I wouldn't pay full price for it.I wouldn't buy it again
