I purchased this dog bed for a small, 13 year old rescued dog who has occasional “accidents“. Many dog beds that I have purchased in the past have claimed to be washable, but did not hold up well in the washer, or were difficult to clean. The removable cushion pops right out and is extremely easy to wash and dry. If your dog has accidents, you can also wrap a puddle pad around the pillow section fo extra protection. The dog LOVES its softness!Our dog weighs 8.2 pounds, But I thought the recommendation of other purchasers and bought a medium size bed. It works extremely well for him. I would highly recommend this dog bed.

I got this dog bed a couple days ago because my dogs old bed has gotten really lumpy. As you can see my dog loves it! I read some of the other reviews about it being flat etc so when I got it I put it in the dryer on “air dry” for about 40 mins and it fluffed right up. It’s a tiny bit smaller than I thought it would be but my dog doesn’t seem to mind. The bottom pillow comes out for washing which is like. The material is a faux fur, so soft!

I like that 5he pillow can be removed and washed!

Our cat loves it. Big enough for him (10 lbs) and his 2 favorite toys (2 small stuffed cats). Bed came vacuum packed so I put it in the dryer for a few minutes to fluff it up. Seems soft and comfortable, for a day or two he didn’t want to leave his heavenly bed.

Ehhhhh, this is ok, not as good as I’d hoped. It comes vaccuum packed in a sealed bag and I think that’s the problem. After taking it from the bag and letting it expand, it is still misshapen. It did not expand into the tidy little rectangle shown in the pictures. It’s been 5 days now and it remains misshapen. I think the sides are soft and have nice padding but I don’t think the bottom (where your pet lays) is sufficiently padded (I put a folded up throw blanket under it for cushioning). For reasons that are a mystery to me, my cat hates it so far, lol. Literally will not touch it even though I put it in his favorite place to sleep. My cat and I are now engaged in a game of Chicken while the universe determines whether I will give in and remove it from his favorite sleep spot or whether he will give in and break down and curl up in it for a trial run. I like the neutral colors of brown & beige and it fits in the place I wanted to put it, and I will probably keep it in hopes my cat will at some point give it a try and like it. My 3-star rating has nothing to do with my cat’s finicky behavior in refusing to get in it (hey, that’s on him), but everything to do with its failure to expand into the tidy rectangular shape shown in the listing because it just looks messy in my space, kind of like a modified blob.Update 1-7-22So it’s been two weeks now and the universe has declared my cat the winner and me the loser of this standoff. Faced with continued disdain for my Christmas gift offering, I gave it to a friend who is allowing a stray to shack up in her garage. The stray cat was delighted with it and took up immediate occupancy. So at least it didn’t go to waste and we’ve now established that my cat is indeed a spoiled brat (love him anyway) lol. Leaving rating at 3 stars because that rating was based on it not expanding to the neat shape depicted. The aesthetic bothered me but clearly a *reasonable cat* couldn’t care less.

Nice size and a good amount of fluff. Wish I got 2.
