After I received this grill, I started using this smokeless indoor grill with curiosity after reading many barbecue recipes. As you see in these photos. Open the box, you will get all brand new equipment, including grill base, water trays that can hold up to 2 glasses of water, griddle plate, drip tray, heating elements, etc.First, some washable parts need to be cleared with detergent for the first time in order to erase odor. The handle on the lid wasn't installed. Screw to align the handle with the two small holes on the glass cover, and then pass the screw from the inside of the cover through the small holes to handle and tighten it.Next, put the water tray, drip tray, heating element, and non-stick griddle plate in sequence. Installs in less 5 minutes! Easy peasy!Second, turn on the electric grill switch, click the fan button then the fan will turn on, there is no smoke on the portable grill. I even tried it without a fan, and smoke was limited.Finally, the temperature setting starts at 200 degrees and up to 450 degrees. Change the grill temperature by using the plus and minus button, it will change 50 degrees each time you press.In addition, while grilling, you can automatically change the temperature by tapping the plus or minus button, so as to not be locked by the set temperature. The griddle plate is partition design, one side is a smooth griddle surface, and the other is a grooved griddle surface, it's more suitable for grilling enthusiasts with medium appetites.Meanwhile, wait until it cools after using and clean it in the sink.I used this indoor smokeless grill with pancake batter, bacon, hot dogs, and eggs in the morning and until now still haven't found any issues with it.I have to say, I like this appliance!

This is great for smaller sized families but this thing is amazing. I am on a low carb high protein diet for a few months and I leave this on counter right now. It washes easily! And it cooks so well. Truly SMOKE LESS. Not to be confused with smokeLESS. The fan is amazing and it really works like a dream.PLEASE MAKE A BIGGER ONE!!!!!

Update 08/19/21After 2 weeks I got a reply from support, and they have been VERY keen to rectify :)They sent a new unit without hassle. Have used once and works as intended. Will update if this changes.The smokeless aspect definitely works for me. The extractor fan on my stove is terrible and my apartment quickly fills with smoke and the smell lingers.This allows me to cook with no smoke or smell! Basically, without this, I can't cook meat!!Cleaning is easy too which is great. Not sure how much difference the water tray makes. I haven't bothered using it on this new unit and didn't notice a difference. Removing the water tray is a bit of a pain, so I'll continue to use without unless it becomes problematic.Original Review 08/08/21:Worked 3 times - no longer powers on. Broke on 4th July :(The product was great the 3 times I used it in the lead up to the 4th. Then, on BBQ DAY, it broke. Just wouldn't power on. I tried another power cord but no dice. Sent an email to the support mail in the manual on the 4th, but have heard nothing back. Disappointed as it was initially great.

Very easy to clean AND use. Was hesitant about buying it cause wasn't sure it wold cook evenly or quickly. Very happy as does both really well. We have used it at least every other da site we got it for burgers, fry onions, zucchini, steak. Chicken - actually pleasantly surprised how much we like and use it. Of course the smokeless feature was number one reason we bought it. Fantastic product. Highly recommend!

I’ve used this quite a few times, and have enjoyed it tremendously. You can make juicy hamburgers, chicken, pork chops, etc… It’s not the same as an outdoor grill because you don’t have that flavor you get from a real fire grill but it does a really nice job. It’s not meant for a large cookout, obviously, but for 3 to 5, maybe 6people it does great. As to cleaning, my son moved it not realizing that theres a base with water to hold the grease and spilled it and it was a pain to clean because you need to be careful not yo get the electrical components wet, other than that all the other times it’s been ok to clean.

Got it, read book, set it up. The first night I tried Lamb Chops. They are not thick. Temperature recommendations in book are a joke. The heating elements barely cooked the chops after 30 mins and cooking was very uneven. They were barely edible. I can't imagine using this "grill" for anything other than very thin meat slices or vegetables. If you buy it, don't expect to be grilling any steaks.

Pleased as promised the unit does not smoke. that's the only positiveIt is very slow cooking and is very limited in terms of temperature adjustment.Hard to clean...the water tray at the bottom that must be filled with 2 cups of water each use is hard to remove without spilling the used water (which is not much) everywhere.Does not seemingly allow any parts to be put in dishwasher as directions say nothing about this good or bad.Its ok wouldn't buy again

This is one truly amazing smokeless grill. First of all the build quality of this grill is top-notch. It is solidly built and you can tell that this is a quality product. It has a heave to it and will not move around when you cook on it. The glass cover is thick and sits properly on the grill. The grill is pretty large and we can easily cook a large amount of food for our family. Our family loves to cook Korean bbq and this grill is perfect for korean bbq meats and ribs. Did I mention that it is smokeless? The food did not catch on fire even when there was a lot of food grease on it. Truly amazing!
