Waste of money!
The lock itself is exactly as pictured, great! Before installing Unlocke/locked the door with the keypad and noticed the open button was locking and the lock button was unlocking. Installed regardless because it still functioned properly. After two days it no longer locks and I have to use the key. I try everyday with no luck. Unlock works. I could have just got a plain key lock if I wanted to use a key daily.

Very convenient with unusual bonus security feaature LOL
Love this lock. Easy to install and works great - once we understood that the unlock and lock buttons are flip-flopped. The unlock button is the one that locks it, and the lock button opens. LOL We figure it's kind of a bonus security feature. Even so, it works fine and we're all happy with it

Simple to Install
I’ve wanted a keyless set for years but was afraid of the install. A child could do it!

If you live somewhere that it rains this is not good to have outside. Water go into mine and it did not work any more. I think when it dried it started to click open and close (lock and unlock) I had to take the batteries out. I can't use the key pad any more. This is just a large key pad for show. I am glad they have given you a key to use.

Working Fine
I much rather have this KEY PAD ENTRY SYSTEM vs. an actual KEY to gain entry into my house especially since we have multiple people coming and going (Nanny, extended family that visits, dog walker)...this is a great alternative to making and issuing keys to everyone. PLUS, I can change the CODE at anytime. TIP FOR USE: Tap your pass code in Slowly and evenly. Don't rush it or it will reject the entry. I have had this for about 6 - 8 months and no issues.
