Mad Science Foundation Card Game Cryptozoic Entertainment

Finally, a game that puts the majority of player interaction at the draft, instead of simply putting decks against each other. The art and world ate also thoroughly charming.

Good game, plenty of fun.

So far we've only several plays with this latest addition to our fairly large collection. Learning just from the rule book, which is well done, we were a little confused about how the Director changes hands, but a reread and short discussion made us realize that in a certain circumstance two different people can be the Director in different phases of that single round. We're enjoying this game and its version of "the pie rule". So far it's only been a two player game and we're looking forward to scaling up with more players, bringing more features into play. The game seems to scale well, BTW. We sleeved the "standard size" cards and removed the organizing insert from the box so we don't have to remove the base from the "standees" when putting things away. And, if there's ever an expansion, there'll be plenty of room for that in the original box, I imagine. We enjoy trying games with different mechanics, and this one helps to satisfy that itch. Get it ... you'll enjoy it.

Another great game from Cryptozoic! Stumbled across this game an Gen-Con 2016 after meeting one of the creators Sharang Biswas. He was an awesome, sassy, and shrewd evil scienctist with a great game! He let my friends and I demo it and we liked it instantly. Even better after purchasing it and playing it fully. If you want the make the world remember your infamous reign of terror and rue the day they shunned you I suggest you check it out!

I was invited to a game store by a friend and the designers were there for an event. I got to play the game, see how it works, and talk to the designers after wards. It's a lot of fun, easy to pick up and doesn't get boring. Really fun game!
