Good brief. I errored in my selection. Wanted pull up style to make easier pulling brief up and into place. Due to health reasons would be better served with pull up type.

I ordered the Tranquility 3XL, High Rise, Briefs because I've grown tired and weary of other (name brand and others) such products that range in sizes XL to 2X L that are ill fitting, have inferior adhesive strips and/or tabs and short wing spans. This high rise type, that I couldn't find in my size, fully covers one's bottom. Having said that, The Tranquility 3XL are, too big but I was able to make them fit by adjusting the side panels that stretch very nicely and the wide tabs that have ample adhesive that withstand readjustments. Overall, this is a very high quality product that is expertly tailored with high quality materials. Too bad this product doesn't come in XL to 2XL sizes. Again, a very high quality product!

This is for a patient and she loves them, she is very large frame and this fits perfectly.

These briefs are very absorbent. My loved one cannot use his hands to eat or drink. He depends on me to for everything. To prevent UTI, the briefs must be changed frequently every 3 hrs (8 briefs/one pack per 24 hr day) to keep patient free from bacteria. Also, the patient must drink more fluid to flush out any possible lingering bacteria. With these briefs, I’m not afraid to give my loved one lots of drinks. These briefs are very absorbent, even on the wing sides which helps prevent leakage onto the bedding.

Not crazy about the hi rise diapers, but fit as advertised and had good absorbency.
