LuguLake 610 Aluminum Portable Bluetooth 4.0 Speaker with Stand Dock, HiFi, 2X 3Watts, Enhanced Bass, 10 Hours Playtime-Coffee

These speakers far exceeded my expectations! Not only is the sound quality amazing but the build quality is far beyond what you could hope for at this price point.I compared these speakers to the mini Bose, like another reviewer mentioned, as well as a $100 speaker system from Logitech {$200 for stereo}, as well as the more similarly priced TekNMotion Air Capsule and a handful of other bluetooth speakers. Hands down you cannot beat the LuguLake Portable Bluetooth Speaker for sound and/or build quality at this price or even substantially higher.I want to stress one very important point about the comparisons, the LuguLake speakers were the only ones that were Real Stereo. I believe this is what gives the speakers an edge over their competition even the more expensive Bose. If you compare the Lugulake speakers to the TekNMotion Air Capsule using a mono sample the sound quality of both are very similar, though the lugulake speakers are louder. However when you compare them using a stereo sample the LuguLake speakers kick butt.If you are looking for more bass you will need to shop in the over $100 price range but most people will not notice a difference unless you compare these speakers side by side with the expensive ones and only with a bass heavy sample.These speakers will also appeal to those who appreciate simplicity, there is only one switch ... power On/Off ... so the volume is changed from the transmitting device which I very much like. Also there is no speaker phone option, my Air Capsule works well as a speaker phone but these LuguLake speakers are just really good stereo speakers.Another thing to note is that sound quality when using the auxiliary cable 'can' be significantly better. This is most likely a result of the nature of bluetooth compression ... bluetooth will always be worse than a direct line. However, slower laggy devices seem to produce poorer sound quality on these speakers as compared to something like the Nexus 7 {2013} which produces amazing sound using bluetooth or auxiliary cables though the auxiliary sound is still very slightly better.Battery life also improves after 2 or 3 full recharges but this is likely just the nature of rechargeable Li-ion batteries. The point here is that out of the box the battery life is very good but after a little use it definitely gets better.Quality wise the LuguLake speakers are very solid, I believe it is thick anodized aluminum and they use actual screws to hold the parts together instead of press-n-click parts like so many others use. My speakers also weigh in at 300 grams, they feel really solid and even the power switch and ports panel seem to be good quality.So that's the good stuff ... the draw backs are 1) you cannot or atleast should not use the speakers and charge at the same time 2) there is no overcharge protection circuit so as soon as the charge light goes out you need to unplug to avoid damaging the battery and 3) the response I got from the company stated that there was no automatic off, however, after 10 minutes without use the bluetooth connection is lost. This isn't a big deal since it's easy to turn the thing off then on again ... but I accidentally left the speakers ON for two days and they still didn't need recharging. So this last one is a 'maybe' drawback ... it appears to have an automatic power saver after 10 minutes of inactivity BUT if it doesn't then I guess it hardly needs it.Originally I wanted to give these speakers to my mom for her Nexus 7 but the no overcharge protection was a problem so now these are mine and I really love them even with the minor drawback. Other than that I also wanted to mention that customer service is excellent! They are prompt courteous and very helpful!! So Speakers and Company 5 Stars easy!!!

This 6 watt total sound LuguLake 1 speaker, I purchased for my kitchen. (I also own the Lugulake 2 in Pink with 10 total watts in my bedroom.Pros1 Sound Volume ... For a total of 6 watts (3 watts on each end), I was not expecting my speaker to have a loud volume at all, yet it has suprised me. Even when turned to full volume, I dos not hear any distortion.While the sound is not quite as loud as the Lugulake 2 with 10 watts total, it is plenty loud enough for me.*** This is a personal speaker and basically a one room speaker, yet it filled my very large kitchen with sound easily.This box has Audio cable, short USB charging cable and small instruction book. I like that it has a audio cable, I was able to losten to my older Sony Walkman CD player, older radio, etc. 2 Bass, Treble, Midtones sound and surround sound effects. Because the 2 speakers face the sides not front, this give a SOMEWHAT SURROUND SOUND. I compared it with a heavier 10 watt speaker with front facing speaker. This one sounded vibrant and had a better quality sound.Treble and midnotes, excellent. Bass was OK, could have been richer, but still OK. However, I still like the sound of this speaker.3 Pairing ... Very easy. It paired well with my tablet, phone and even older MP3 player.4 Stand...I placed, Tab A 8 inch tablet and 9.7 Tab A, eack fot well, also my large phone fit well. The stand is sturdy and stays neatly on my counter. I placed my 9.7 tablet on it and it looks excellent in my kitchen while not taking up much space.5 Charging and more...I used this 9.25 hours playing my songs on medium before it was time to charge it.I plugged in one of my high end Samsung chargers and the RED charging light came on. About 22.5 hours or so, the red light was not on because the speaker was fully charged and read to use again.With my Samsung charger plugged in, I was able to keep it plugged in and charging while I listened to music.6 Bottom line...this is a high quality speaker with good sound, I found it to be plenry loud enough for me. For the price I paid, I believe that I made an excellent purchase.I own TWO of the 6 watts Lugulake speakers: Blue and Coffee Beige. Both are same size, however the blue one seems louder than the coffee beige one. In fact, the blue one has a loudest speaker, almost as loud as my Lugulake 2 which has 10 watts vs 6 total!

There are times when the speakers in your iPad (or whatever tablet you have) just don't cut it and you can't hear what ever show it is you're watching. The LuguLake speaker is great, it looks good (I have it in blue), it's easy to connect and I can sit my iPad in the groove at the front, even with it's smart cover still attached. But the sound is the most important thing, there's no lag, the sound is clear and I have at times been asked to turn the volume down by my wife because she can't hear what she's watching in another room.Another use for this sexy gadget is as just a speaker, I have also connected my iPhone to it simply to play music and it is loud enough to entertain small gatherings.

After a couple of hiccups with the postage from China my shiny new Bluetooth speaker finally arrived after a couple of months. I have to say it was worth the wait - it is a lovely compact speaker with fantastic sound. It's got depth and volume unlike a different one I had which sounded tinny and scratchy. A very happy lady here.

Very good value, excellent sound quality & veey easy to use. Works fantastically with my Samsung phone & table.Only downfall is the constant flashing light at the back, very bight & a little annoying, however a bit of tape over it & its fine. Apart from that a very good buy.

Excellent speaker. Quality build. Increases volume of my iPad mini2 by x3. There is a new, even more powerful model with enhanced features but at more than double the price. Blue tooth works well. Already ordered a second one as a present.

Arrived on time. This is the second speaker I've ordered. I had another make which only worked by Bluetooth if the device being used was next to the speaker. With this one I can listen to my music upstairs when the pared device is downstairs. Excellent product.
