Supposed to be an appetite suppressant, but I can’t tell if it’s working

They have a nasty smell and taste, and they don’t work well for me but maybe it’s just cos I don’t notice it working when it really is. Will continue trying them but it will be hard to get past the smell and taste.

I tried this vitamin for three weeks I did seem to have more energy I didn't notice an increased metabolism but I couldn't keep taking them because they made my belly hurt so had I been able to keep taking them I imagine my results would have been better.

I found this product good quality for my cardio days at the gym, feel less puffy great for my all round workouts.

I take one capsule before bed and one in the morning. They definitely helped me to lose weight and keep it off.
