I love this pattern, and plan to make a few more. The Style Arc patterns don't come with instructions that are as detailed as US patterns but it is fairly straightforward to put together as long as you already know how to sew with knits.

I like the pattern style. But want to use a wool material instead of knit. So I think I have to use larger size to make it work??

Have gotten the fabric and it is sure to be a favorite.

Great pattern and I made this one up in a striped sweater knit, using plain black sweater knit on the borders. I like that the patterns purchased on Amazon are multi-sized, unlike the patterns ordered directly from the Australia location. The pattern is well drafted but if you are using a striped knit like I did, you will want to alter the pocket pattern and place the pockets inside using the side seam as the entry. The pockets are cut on the grain but applied along the front band line which has a slight slope to it and the stripes would appear askew. Before sewing I bonded the sweater knit with a 'french-fuse' type interfacing which made it really easy to sew and gave the cardi more of a light jacket feel. Highly recommend and good for intermediate or better sewers.
