it works very well for camping and power outage
I bought it for car camping and power outage. I had a hard time choosing between this and a similar capacity Jackery model. I chose this for price and the benefit of LiFeFo4 battery. It supposes to be safer and last longer than lithium-ion. But I guess time will tell. After two camping trips and some in-home uses, I’ll give it 5-star for now.Just some facts from my use:- It’s 7.8 lbs on my scale, not too heavy. Large capacity ones are super heavy. Sure they can power major appliances. I handled one of those from a friend; it’s as heavy as a gas generator!- It displays charging wattage and draining wattage, very useful! I cannot stop trying my devices to check wattage!- It powers my laptop and two external monitors at 60 to 100 watts. This is a 250wh unit. So it’s about 2-3 hours usage for power outage. Plenty for what I need.- Internal fan kicks on when powering any 30-40 watts appliances. It keeps the battery cool. But it gives noise in a quiet room.- With the provided wall charger, it charges at 45 watts. With my 30 watts portable/foldable solar panel, it charges at about 15 watts in California morning hours.- For camping trips, I found myself enjoying having it. The integrated lamp drains 3 watts when on. Basically it means the lamp will last forever! So I leave the lamp on all evening without worrying about battery or gas/propane consumption from other type of lanterns. I’m thinking of moving away from all outdated AA/AAA gadgets after using this unit. It’s just so much more convenient!- It charges my iphone much faster than my 5 V 1 A wall charger, at about 10 watts. I’m generally OK with my slow wall charger. But now I have the quick charge option, no need to buy an expensive large capacity apple charger.- It will not power electric drill, circular saw, staple...- It says it’s pure sine wave. I don’t know how to test it or whether it matters for my use.Something can be better:- The manufacture should hire someone to write better manual! Also, the manual says it’s lithium-ion battery. I hope the web description is correct and the manual is wrong. However, I have no way to test it.- The label on the back of the unit shows some icons of potential usage of a power station. This is rather useless. Anyone buying the unit probably already has some ideas what it can be used for. List something more useful such as the wattage consumption of common appliances.- I wish it has a cap for cigarette lighter socket like the Jackery units.- All buttons beep, every click! And you cannot turn it off.- A few USB device/charger with voltage regulator do not show charging wattage, not sure why.- It will be good to add percentage power left on screen.

Failed to work after 4 months of light use, poor customer service
The media could not be loaded. Updated Review:I received a replacement a few days after customer service reached out to me and I forgot how much I like this thing. I would not directly compare it to one of the name brand power stations, but at this price point it makes a lot of sense. After it took a few hours to charge the device but I was able to run my Ozone generator (~80 watts) in my truck and out in the shed. It is incredibly convenient to take this unit down by my lake and run a small TV for a few hours. I am also quite fond of the passthrough power where I can use it as a USB hub.My mistake was reaching out via the website as opposed to the email address ([email protected]) listed in the manual.I leave my original review up (previously 1 star) for reference, but it is quite difficult to beat this product at this price point.Original Review:It lasted me for a full 5 day festival of charging my phone, flashlights, and portable battery chargers. While it worked, it was a perfect power station for short camping trips or having some AC power while away from outlets. My only real negative during the first few months is how loud the unit beeps when turning it on or pressing buttons. Then after 4 months it stopped working and displays "ER008" which in the manual is "USBA/PD (unidirectional) output protection." It started beeping in the middle of the night with the charger plugged in. Even with everything unplugged the unit no longer works at all after what I consider very light use.I reached out to support and received no response. Over the next 5 weeks I submitted two warranty claims and still no response and filed a warranty through my credit card.I would suggest going with a well established brand that stands by their warranty.
