Originally bought for a family member but due to sensitivities they have it leaves a bit of a "burning" sensation in their mouth/throat so they prefer not to take it but I now take it and love it. Truth be told it does leave like a "tingle" in my throat, which isn't too bothersome for me, but I still love the product. I carry it in my purse so when I feel like I may get into a stressful situation I pop it like a tic tac, suck on it like the instructions say and within several minutes I'm feeling calm and pretty much collected and can tackle the task at hand.The flavor is a very subtle orange. I'd prefer it if it was a bit stronger flavor but that's just me.I highly recommend this product.

I’ve tried these again and they do provide a calming effect. The ingredients aren’t very clean, sorbitol is unnecessary and an irritant for the stomach lining, I’m looking for a supplement I can take as often as I’d like and has ingredients I can trust, this is close but the search continues

I never have a problem falling asleep, but if I wake up at all in the middle of the night that's when I run into issues thinking about work or whatever else and my brain won't shut off. I will take 2 GABA before I go to sleep, I tend to sleep deeper and not wake up until morning - and if I do wake up in the middle of the night I'm able to fall back to sleep far more easily.

These chewable gaba lotenges are great. I’ve reordered them a half dozen times. I’ve tried other gaba products but they have much higher dosages.These tablets at 125 mg allow me to eat one or two at bedtime and if If I wake up later I can chew another and still have taken less than the minimum 500 mg of all other Gaga products on the marketPS. The lozenges taste great!

I bought these for my 5 yr old son after he started having serious vocal tics / clearing of his throat for a month. I brought this to our N.D. and she highly approved of quality. My son gets 1-2 a day in conjunction with hemp oil and a couple other supplements. But I noticed a difference with just this within a few days time. He chews them and they are not unpleasant.

Ive ised these off and on for a few years. I normally get them at Sprouts Grocery store, ordered them off Amazon this one time and i don't know if it was a bad batch or sat in a warehouse too long but it seemed to do nothing to help me relax and sleep like they normally do.
