Edit - no longer recommend due to the sellers cashing in hugely with massive price hikes during the current crisis. Disgusting.I bought this for making hair scrunchies and it's great, just the right amount of stretchiness and 100 metres goes a long way for what I'm using it for.

It was as I had expected, elastic band, but I thought I was ordering a whole reel of elastic. Instead this pathetic little metre of stuff arrived in an envelope. Probably my fault, I should have read the information more carefully - but it was quite expensive for just a metre! And it is really not very useful to have such a short length.....

Bought for mask making, as others have said it’s quite expensive for what you get, especially as mine arrived as a loose length rather than what is pictured.Probably wouldn’t buy again at this price but seeing as the shops aren’t open it was useful to be able to get it so quickly.

I have previously purchased this elastic three times. I was shocked to discover that the seller has more than tripled the price since, and, sickeningly - blatantly profiteering from the current pandemic. I have reported to the relevant government authorities.
