Alpro Oat No Sugar Long Life has become my staple plant-based milk. It’s smooth, neutral, and works perfectly in everything from coffee and cereal to cooking and protein shakes. The fact that it contains no added sugars or sweeteners is a big plus for me, and it still manages to taste naturally pleasant without being overpowering. I really appreciate its versatility—it doesn't split in hot drinks and has a creamy enough texture to make a decent flat white. Worth buying in bulk pack. Great taste, nice and creamy and great for drinking, putting in tea or coffee or pouring on your cereal. Good price her on Amazon and I would recommend. Shelf life could be a little longer.

My favourite oat milk. I’ve tried a few now and always go back to this one. Perhaps I’m used to the taste now, but all the others just seem to taste too sweet or not right - this in terms of taste is the one for me. I have noticed it doesn’t froth up aswell as others and is probably a bit thinner in consistency and texture. Ingredients wise it seems to be pretty good and doesn’t seem to be loaded with sugar like others, in fact sugar is somehow nil/zero - not sure how they’ve managed that but... Every morning has got to start with an oat milk latte made with this now. Always a great price on Amazon too but I have found it to be out of stock on a few occasions which can be annoying when I’m running low.

牛乳アレルギーかもしれないので、牛乳を代替するために買いました。カフェラテ、フレンチトーストなどは違和感なく作れます。値段は高いですが、体調は良くなった気がします。
