I enjoyed this, it was an easy read. If you're a good person, you would practice most of what the author is talking about. I personally feel good doing something for somebody and I'm going to try to do this practice daily

This book relies heavily on the daily repeated use of positive affirmations. While I am not a fan of affirmations there are some very positive things in this book.
