## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is it just one pen, or a dozen?**
A: Description says DOZEN. AND, under "Technical Details", the "Size" states "12 Count (Pack of 1)". Meaning ONE pack of TWELVE. If you have purchased this item and only received one pen, reach out and demand the remaining 11.

**Q: Is this a 12 pack**
A: Yes, I have just checked the pack that I bought (and it does say Dozen in the description)

**Q: What width is the tip? The photo and description don't match.**
A: The order that I received was the .7mm, which is described as “fine” script. It has been a good writing pen for me, not too thick and not the ultra thin.

**Q: What is the tip made of? Is it metal, needlepoint, plastic?**
A: Based on visual observation only, I would say it is metal
