C7 Corvette Stingray Show & Go Front License Plate Frame - Motorized

Don't buy unless you only plan to trailer your car to shows. The motor is to small and wears out after a couple months. It always struggled to move the plate from stowed to out. Wd40 will help for a bit. But ultimately the small motor burns out. Also the connectors on the motor are extremely weak. This is an out door product that lives on the bottom of a low car. Should be extra robust for the money. Do yourself a favor and just buy the manual one for 40 bucks. That's what this ends up being in a couple months anyways.

I have had this installed on my 2017 Corvette for over a year and it works great. I didn't want a tag on the front of the car, but Maryland law requires a front tag. The remote control feature is a must, plus everybody thinks it's the coolest thing they have seen. I keep it lowered most of the time. Other reviewers say the motor is weak but I have not had any problems. Don't raise and lower it while driving as the wind blowing on your tag will cause a strain on the motor. Take care when installing it so that there isn't anything to obstruct it's movement and make sure you have a new battery in the remote and you'll be happy with it. I love this product!!

Also like some of the other reviews motor burn out. This is my second one. The first one i bottom out and it never worked again. Looking elsewhere now.
