At first I ordered a medium thinking that it would fit me based on the measurements, but it felt a little extra tight and not comfortable. So I ordered the next size up (Large) and it fits and feels perfect. The material is great and the best part is that it really helps support your back and abdominal muscles when exercising. I have been using it everyday while i exercise (weight training, bootcamp, running, ect). I like how this belt feels so much that I am ordering a second one 😊 wgt: 145 lbs ht. 5'4.

It makes me feel snatched as it’s adjustable and it’s comfortable although sometimes it rolls down a bit in the sides. I think it’s because I should have order a smaller size. It is a good quality waist trainer!

Hasta el momento es un buen producto, la calidad, textura es cómodo. Aún no e tenido mucho tiempo con ella así que no podría decir algo concreto sobre la durabilidad. Pero por el momento es un buen producto.

This waist trainer is stretchy, soft and secures to my body. Maybe should've ordered one size up but I can definitely stretch it without discomfort.

The fit is just ok. It doesn't stretch as much as I expected and it feels a little rough and stiff.

I wish I would have returned for larger size. bought small and that’s usually fine but it’s too small. I didn’t return in time. If I get it again I’d get a medium🫤

This is the first time I have order several off Amazon different brands and the size not true size like a 3xlarge is more of a size Large this time it's perfect exactly the size that's Fits.......😊
