This set made my son’s Christmas. It’s perfect. I got this on sale and I can’t believe the value. Every piece is so cute. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Can someone please reach out to me from amazon, a piece came broken and I don't want to return the entire table for 1 piece. Thankyou!Other than the broken piece this table is amazing. I can tell that the broken piece is just due to the lines in the wood. Nobody could have prevented it. Great price with amazing quality!

I was skeptical when buying this table, because there are so many out there to choose from, but I loved that the table itself wasn't bulky in form and liked the layout of the track. My son is positively obsessed with trains, as many toddlers are, and it was time for an upgrade from our sad IKEA expansion set. He hasn't gotten to see it yet, but I unpacked it last night piece by piece, and like that the overall majority of the pieces were made of wood. The bridge and corner rail pieces have plastic, but they seem sturdy. The car and vehicle pieces that the set comes with are very well-made and have a thick and durable paint coating. For some reason, I was expecting more track, and will probably need to get some supplemental pieces for the set down the road in order to stray from the original layout. My son is a squirrely little fella, and unlike his current table, I think he will be able to climb on the table and dance or whatever as he does without falling through or damaging the structure. The tabletop pieces are very thick. The reason this table received four stars instead of five is that the picture makes the table sides and legs all appear to be real wood. The legs are a nice, pale unfinished wood, but the sides and tabletop are a very dense plywood-fiberboard, and I wish that had been specified in the description. I'm happy with the rest of it, so well will keep it. The table is on sale right now and we were able to get it for $35 less than when I put it in my cart. I definitely think it is worth it for that price, as nothing seems like some cheap extra that they just threw in to have more pieces. We are saving it for my son's birthday, and I think he will love it. There was no box bulk, and everything was very well-protected in foam and paper. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I used the packing list as a checklist to make sure all pieces were present, which was helpful. The only thing I didn't count were the screws, because there are so many. I already assembled both bridges, and the screw holes were surprisingly perfectly aligned. I build a lot of furniture where the screw holes are slightly misaligned, and I think it is just another measure of quality with this set.

The moment I opened this well packaged item I knew I made a good decision. Everything was inside and not a single dent or mar. The assembly system was simple and resulted in a durable table. My grandson loves it especially with more than just a train but cars, people, buildings, helicopter, trees and signs. Don’t pass up on this one!

I hesitated to write this because I wanted to love this for my kids. It was their *big* Xmas gift after all. However the quality is just awful. I don’t know if we received a unit that was damaged in shipping or this is typical but as per photos you can see one of the tracks shipped completely sliced at the wooden link. This is how it came out of the box. We had it boxed up until Xmas eve so past the point of returning. My husband had to rig it back together with a staple just for it to hold (it doesn’t) and ofcourse it’s not a track piece easily replaceable or duplicated in the set. Additionally the tracks don’t match up smoothly causing all of our trains to jam between each track. The table itself has only been set up since Xmas and already showing bad wear and warping. We loved Brio and Hape in the past but decided to go with this table as it was the perfect size and looked adorable. I’m hoping the manufacturer will contact us to make this right! My kids are disappointed.

My son is obsessed with this toy! He puts all his other trains and cars on it as well! It says that it’s good for 3 year olds but he’s 2 and he loves it. The only thing I would say is that if the child leans in to play, the bridge section easily collapses. I solved that by using Gorilla wood glue and just glued those pieces together and everything has been great!

Classic play set...will buy another one to expand.

Our 2-year old nephew loved it! The set is quite sturdy and mostly made of wood, although there are some plastic parts. It's easy to assemble, but it's quite big, so you need some space to keep it!

Lovely but could have clearer instructions particularly when connecting the wooden railway line.
