These headlamps have a high/low flood setting and high/low spotlight setting. The flood setting is great for general purpose. Better than some much more expensive headlamps I've used. The spotlight setting is pretty good as long as you're not expecting to see hundreds of yards in pitch dark. These are close range headlamps. For that, they're great. They're comfortable, lightweight and convenient to use and charge.

So I have an old LED headlamp that is like 10 years old. It's bulky by today's standard's & is cumbersome as the 4-AA battery enclosure area makes is lopsided & heavy, & the LED itself is cylindrical & protrudes outward. It's basic & archaic compared to newer & more streamlined units. It was a useful tool for a while, and then a few years ago, I replaced it with a much more compact Petzl that has been indispensable to me for work & play. It is light, durable, compact and has good brightness. I still have both but they've been beat down pretty good so I was just taking a look at LED headlamps & came across this one. It was intriguing to me and I never heard of the brand & was actually surprised at the low price. I thought it couldn't be that high quality with all of these features for this price. I decided to try it out on a whim after changing my mind on purchasing a more expensive unit made by a major brand.So when I received it, I was shocked at how well made it is. Most of the headband is a durable rubber and the spotlight & battery housing a durable hard plastic. The four main modes are 2 varying brightness modes between the LED light band vs the LED spotlight. All of them are super bright. The quality and brightness are light years ahead of my older headlamps. It's just a headlamp but I was super stoked about this as I was excited to get such a good item that is super useful for work and play or even during emergencies at this price point. It's actually underpriced. I would highly recommend it. It's great for working on electronics, crafts or hobbies, and is great for things such as biking at night or camping. It's also obviously a very utilitarian item to have around for emergencies or in your bug out bag. I have one minor grip which is almost trivial considering the price point. The elastic banding could be a little more robust. I have so many items where the weakest link is the elastic banding. I cannot tell you how many times I have had something that is of high quality and everything on it is lasting except when the elastic banding gives out, it renders the rest of the unit useless or less useful. Charging take some timeI usually get excited over big items like a sick new gaming PC or an Xbox or some awesome boots or a parka. For this price and it's overall utility and usefulness, it's hard not to get excited about this item even though it is just a small item. I like it so much I think that I am either going to order another one of get one of the headlamp & work light bundles they offer.

2nd time ordering this product and supplier. On time, good price. Use mine at work; in garage; a must have during a power outage.

This headlamp puts off a lot of light. I use it to work on my car.

I bought these as a stocking stuffer for my husband. He moves from the house to the shop at night and it’s so bright and makes it safer and easier to see They hang on a hook by the back door and are used every day. My son got some for running at night and really likes how bright they are and how wide the light illuminates. They both love that you can use them hands free and will go around their hats.

Really an immediate fan of this product. It’s bright as heck and you can keep it clean with the “wave” feature. Bravo.

I live in Alaska which has long nights in winter and for a long time so I practically live with a headlight on to do anything outside, especially walk and cleanup after my dogs. I live rurally so there are no street lights and a headlamp is important and an essential part of my “outdoor” apparel. I’ve had gone through many headlamps over the years, both battery type and rechargeable; each have their pro’s and con’s. I do have a battery operated go-to headlamp I like but wanted to give this rechargeable LED a try. The LED bar on this lamp on high is very bright and throws a wide beam, the lower setting is OK as well and good for walking. The side spot, which also has a hi/low, isn’t my favorite because it’s offset. The spot on a headlamp needs to point where your eyes look, not off to the side. I find the LED light great for working on something like my snow-machine, ATV, or truck in the dark. It throws a bright broad light that covers a wide area where I’m working. The downside is while walking on a trail in the woods although the light around me is bright it doesn’t penetrate the trail like a good conventional headlamp would. As for rechargeable vs battery, rechargeable are great but when the battery is spent you’re done until you recharge and you never know when that needs to happen. My experience with Li Ion batteries they work great until they don’t and need a recharge. The fact is there are plenty of times when your not where you can recharge. With my go-to headlamp I can throw a couple AAA batteries in my pocket and carry on anyplace. I do like this light, I use it, it does have it’s place and would recommend it.

Quality not upto the mark

Bought for night cycling time puncture check or emergency support. Need to check the battery backup. But function and strap quality are all good.Need to check the water-resistant mode as the silicon cover is moving out easily and LED back side strap is pasted.Overall value for money.

Really impressed with design and quality of the product. Battery life is good for a hour or two max based on usage. Sensor for on/off works fine
