I purchased this brace after spraining my knee and Ace bandages weren't cutting it. I didn't have much luck finding something in a store that fit my [bigger] leg comfortably or that wouldn't slide down while simply walking (hobbling, in my case, since I was injured and in quite some pain).This brace did the trick. It's comfortable and supportive without being completely restrictive. The brace stayed in place and helped my healing process.I only wore the brace a short time, as my pain had begun to subside significantly by the time I found this brace (and I'm stubborn). I still have a lot of work to do to build my strength back up and I am glad to have the brace for support and to minimize soreness and pain.I read all of the reviews and was on the fence about sizing. I sized up, even after taking my measurements because all the other products I've tried (this time and other supportive braces in the past) are typically uncomfortable and cut off circulation. I am very happy with the fit and would probably have been okay with a size down.I gave 5 stars because of how happy I am with the fit and support. I cannot speak to longevity or durability at this time.

I have bought three of these braces over the years! One I used for many years, one I gave as a gift to a suffering friend, and this one. They are supportive, pain relieving, non slip ( they stay put on the knee and do not slide down to the ankle on my fat leg like elastic braces) , and durable. Having this brace has enabled me to work and travel and keep moving on my old painful knee for a long time.I finally had knee replacement surgery and I have found yet another use for this wonderful brace. In the picture it is holding a freezable gel wrap (Remedy brand bought on Amazon) on my knee so I can walk a bit and exercise while I recouperate!!!

I am morbidly obese by medical standards and it is difficult to find braces that not only fit, but do not slide down. I have a(n) MCL injury and am very satisfied with the support that this brace provides. I wear it all day with minimal issues. The only thing I need to adjust once or twice during an 8 hour period is the top Velcro strap. This is due to my weight, not design as the rest of the brace does not move at all. For the price, I feel this is a very god brace that provides the needed support to limit pain and hopefully in the long term help heal the injury. I measured and ordered exact to measurement (XL) without a problem.

***Update to my previous review***I purchased the smaller size of this brace to replace the larger one and it has worked well. So far I have had no issues. I am happy with it. I would also like to mention that recently the seller contacted me about my original review and offered to help, because I was not satisfied with it. I really appreciate that they took the time to seek me out and make things right. I did not expect a refund and had already purchased the smaller size brace, because I liked the design. Now that I know they have such great customer service, I am even happier I purchased the smaller brace knowing I am spending money with a company that truly cares about their customers.Original review:I liked this brace a lot at 1st. I bought the XL hoping it would fit better than the smaller brace I had from a different brand before. At first the brace was great. It really worked well and stayed in place all day, instead of bunching up behind me knee. Unfortunately, just one month and a few days in, I can no longer use the brace. The brace is stretched out from regular use and the middle brace that goes around the back of my knee is too long. I cannot get a secure grip without having the end of the strap over my bare knee. I washed it and it helped it shrink back a bit, but not enough. In addition the top Velcro strap is no longer working well. It continually comes undone.

I bought 2 of these for my advanced osteoarthritis in both knees. While they do help to stabilize the knee a bit and help with some of the pain, they are very bulky, which causes them to really bunch up behind the knees - very uncomfortable, and they're difficult to wear under pants. Also, the rubber backing irritates my legs greatly, and they slide down constantly. Unfortunately the XL is the largest size, but it's really about 1 inch too short for this big girl's tree-trunk legs. Consequently, the velcro strips end up digging into the backs of my knees, making them itch terribly. By the time I take the supports off, I have red bumps that itch so much and are inflamed. I can't wear these two days in a row because the irritation is too much, so I have to wait at least one day in between wearing them... that sort of defeats the purpose of having them.

I have had problems with my right knee for years. I had surgery when i was 15. My knee buckles , gives out on me. And i fell and i needed more support. I was having trouble walking recently and i was in a lot of pain etc.I have worn this brace, its a good quality product. I can move, walk, stand without pain, it has good range of motion and it has great stability.From the first day i put this brace on i had no pain, it feels comfortable, its breathable doesn't slip down. I would totally recommended to anyone that has/ or having trouble walking, knee pain or standing. Its a little pricey but its worth paying for a quality product that works. I going to buy for my left knee as well.

Love these knee braces! I ordered 2 different sizes as I was on the end of one size, and I like both of them. The smaller size is also an inch shorter from top to bottom. Both fit, but due to the size difference, they provide different support levels, so it varies on which one I choose to wear. I mostly wear under my clothes, but it stays put wearing over the clothes too. The knee brace has helped my meniscus tear heal tremendously, especially in the first few weeks. I've been using the braces for close to 2 months, mostly wearing while driving at this point, which helps to stabilize the knee, so I highly recommend for that. Easy to use, easy to pack, easy to get on and off.

I used this for about a month. It helped at first but I was needing more support so I wrapped an ace bandage under it for a while. If you only need mild support it works great. It’s easy to get on and off and it fits fine. I wore everyday on the job. Then very recently I bought a Neo G Hinged Knee Brace, Firm Support with Adjustable Dials. I’ve only worn it to work one time so far so look for my review on that after I get more use out of it.My only recommendation is really think about how much support you need. So maybe you can avoid paying for multiple knee support devices. I did wear my new hinged knee brace to work one night so far and I had no problems. I have yet to try out the dials though.

Worth it

I have a torn tendon on my right knee along with a brokenanklefrom a slip and fall. Waiting to see if I need surgery. I purchased this knee brace for some stability. It's amazing. Really brings down the pain. Easy to put on. It wraps around the knee so i don't have to pull it up over my broken ankle. Bendable but strong and it is adjustable.

does the job, happy with this product

This brace has been so helpful as I wait to have my knee checked out by a surgeon. It gives me the support I need. My husband paid hundreds for a custom one that he can’t wear, so glad I didn’t go that route. This works really well for me and provides the support I need. The only drawback is that it slips down sometimes if you are active, just have to make sure its tight enough. I would recommend.

Easy to put.on. comfortable enough to wear for extended periods of time. I have used knee braces since a ligament repair in 1973, and this is absolutely the best at any price point.
