I didn't have high expectations....and to my surprise these starry lights have been awesome! They are a typical string of fairy lights with plastic star covers over them. It is a warm light...not white....has a battery pack. I thought I'd be changing batteries constantly but the lights will stay bright for days without me ever turning them off! Great purchase! Used them for Christmas on fireplace mantle.

My daughter loves these in her room! She used to sleep with the lamp on. These are bright enough that she can turn it off now, but not too bright. I am hoping this will help her fall asleep faster with dimmer lighting in her room to tell her brain it is night time.

I love these lights! They’re exactly what I wear looking for. I like how each set comes with a separate remove control. Each set of lights runs on a battery pack, which is a plus because I was able to use these even when there was a black out. The lights have a bunch of different settings for how you want the lights to be on, but I just like having them on like regular lights. I’m a fan of the timer setting so I don’t have to worry about turning off the lights.

These are ok lights. Had a problem opening the battery pack. It looks to be a hinged case but it is not. It slides open.Had to revise my review today, 9/11, I've had these outside since I received them. They're supposed to be indoor/ outdoor. I tried to turn them on today and the plastic switch broke off so they are basically useless, will need to throw away and will not order again.

First of all, it was very hard to get the battery case open. Even though at this point I was being careful it cracked and the small knife I was prying it open with nearly stabbed me. Then when I tried to straighten it to hang, it just kept getting more and more tangled the more I tried to straighten it until it was a mess (maybe it's meant to be tangled.). Up until then I was remaining calm, but then I lost it and it ended up in the trash. It was very easily broken. Even if I hadn't gotten frustrated it would have been easy to break totally by accident. This cost was way too much money for how flimsy it is made.
