OMG Why did I wait so long to buy this?! It's amazing!
I've wanted a wig grip for years, but I just couldn't make myself choke up the $20 for the name brand. I've always had a terrible time keeping any kind of stretchy fabric headband on my head (they just slide right off), so I couldn't believe all the people saying that it works great and keeps your wig in place. I've bought so many headbands that were a waste of money, I just couldn't bring myself to try a wig grip. I just didn't think it would work for me. But IT DOES!! It really does! I broke down and bought this for $12, because I had a couple of small wigs that just didn't want to stay on my head. As someone with a bigger head, this was a problem. I pinned up my hair, put on the wig grip, and WOW. I tugged on it, and it didn't move! (It will move if I tug hard, but not a regular quick tug.) I wore it around the house for an hour, and it didn't move! I was impressed so far. So I tried on my new wig that was too small. It worked! I had feared that the wig grip would make it harder to get the small wig on, but the wig grip is pretty thin, so it wasn't an issue. It takes a little work to get a small wig over it, covering everything, and positioned just right, but once it's on, it's ON. I wore that wig for hours, and it never slipped a single time. Not only that, but the wig grip didn't prevent the lace front from laying down properly, which was another fear I'd had. I was sure it would bump up the lace front and make the wig obvious. Nope. I just positioned the wig grip about 1/2" behind my widow's peak at the front of my hairline, and placed the wig so that the lace front was just in front of my hairline. No problem, and no lifting. The wig grip is very comfortable under the wig, and didn't feel like it added any tightness under the already-tight wig. The only time I had trouble is when I fastened the wig grip too tight. Don't make it any tighter than it needs to be--you'll likely just give yourself a headache and maybe make your wig grip get stretched out. If it's uncomfortable, try loosening it. Once I loosened mine, I was golden. I didn't even need to take off the wig, I just lifted it in the back to access the velcro of the wig grip. Seriously, I'd give this must-have wig accessory ten stars if I could. And buying it at $12 instead of $20 makes me more likely to bite the bullet and buy some extra wig grips as back ups. I can't say enough good things about this. I really wish they sold this as a headband as well, in some pretty colors that don't have the label on the side. I'd buy them like crazy! By the way, make sure you buy your wig grip in the color that the ROOT and CAP of your wig is. Don't buy a light wig grip for a blonde wig that has dark roots. It should match the root color and/or the cap color as closely as possible. And if you're buying a super light colored wig with no rooting, you may have issues with the wig grip showing through--I'm not sure, because I don't buy that color, but I've seen YT videos of platinum or white wig wearers that have trouble with wefting lines showing through when the wind blows, especially in a thin wig, so the wig grip may also be an issue in those colors, possibly. I haven't yet worn the wig grip in conjunction with a wig cap, so I don't know how well that works, but I think most people put on their wig cap, then the wig grip over it, and then the wig.

Super soft & comfortable to wear, like spa wear! It has one job to do & does it well!
My first wig kept slipping around when active in outside (even with bobby pins & wig cap), so I thought I’d give this a try and ordered brown. It’s very similar to my spa or face wash headband except for the type of material used. This is very soft velvet and actually thinner, with a strong adjustable velcro strip closure. The headband itself is 21” in length, has good elasticity, and was easy to wrap around & secure to my head. Once on with a wig, there was no need for bobby pins, glue, tape, wig cap or looking into other options for securing the wig. Incidentally, I tried this with a head scarf, and it does work but gives you a tad of a lift and depending on style wrap, a crease. As a wig grip this has one job to do & does it well. It also has been a great time saver on securing the wig, giving me more time to fuss about and try different hairstyles (I still haven’t found that sweet spot). For the funeral, it turned out to be an extremely windy day where people were having hats fly off, BUT my wig was held in place and remained comfortable for the entire day without giving me a pressure/wig headache from the headband. It is well made, comfortable to wear, and easy to care for. It is also versatile and can be used without a wig to keep hair out of your face when applying makeup and facials. Overall, it’s well made and of great quality & value for the price. As for durability, I’ll update after a few months of wearing & washings to see how it holds up. It’s a steal for under $10. 5-stars!

Big improvement over elastic wig grip
I had been using the Dini elastic wig grips, but as my hair began growing in (I have alopecia, sometimes I have hair, sometimes I don't), I noticed wear on my edges. It tended to shift on my new hair, too. When it shifted, the black band really showed. My wig is blond and I am pale. I finally tried one of these, and I love it. It's soft, never moves or rubs my hair, and really secures my wig. Huge improvement! Also, I bought it in tan, so if any of it ever showed, it would be a startling contrast. It does a wonderful job of keeping my growing hair up under my wig. My only con is that I apparently have a big head, and the band just fit after stretching it slightly. I would have preferred another inch in length. Measure your head around the hairline carefully. If you are at 22 inches, it will just fit. I wouldn't buy this if you need more length. Maybe GEX will add a new size.

Need nothing else to keep my wig on.
Need nothing else to keep my wig on. Was skeptical at first and used sew-in clips before, but I don't need them now. The only thing you need to remember is to put the white label on the right side of your head so that the "nap" of the furry material points towards the front and not slicked back. This is what keeps your wig from riding back and falling off. If you don't have enough hair to make a bun in back, you might need either a clip in back or some wig adhesive at the nape of your neck. And it's very comfortable to use.

This band will save you from crappy wigs
I had a wig that was WAAAAY too small to fit on my head, and my character did a lot of running and dancing. This wig band LASTED ALL NIGHT! If it can hold a tiny wig to my head after a night of doing the time warp, running in heels, and using a scooter than it will work for you too. Literally perfect.

It’s secure
The product functions effectively in ensuring that the wig feels secure; however, the brown material beneath the lace is visible. I hope that is clear. I passed it on to my twin, as she lacked a secure band for her wig, and she used this to enhance the stability on her head. I likely will not repurchase this band, but should I find myself in urgent need, I would consider acquiring another. Meanwhile, I have discovered a different hairstyle that I am interested in, which features a lace component.

Really good for hold wig

Serves the purpose really well and fits great on head with no sliding or anything. Holds wig beautifully both lace and non lace front👍

This little item was far better than I expected. It seems to hold the wig better than anything else so far.

Good quality

Amazing as always. The only brand wig band I will order (as a person who is bald - alopecia). The best product on the market. The band is thick and plush which I love, as opposed to another brand (that I won’t mention) whose are very thin and flimsy, not to mention itchy.
