8" Wood Pepper Mill, Solid Wood and Adjustable Ceramic Grinder, Brown…

You could spend a lot more money on a wooden pepper grinder. For the price I was expecting it to be cheaply made and to quite possibly fall apart. I was very pleasantly surprised when I received it. It looks great and works great. It's easy to adjust the size of your grind which is exactly what I was looking for. I like a bigger grind for steaks and burgers, but a finer grind for vegetables and such. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

It's much easier to fill than my last peppermill, which had only a narrow slit in the top. I don't end up with peppercorns all over the counter and floor now. The top turns smoothly, so it's easy to grind. I haven't noticed that the grind is adjustable as claimed; the silver-colored knob on top holds the whole thing together and I don't see how it could also adjust the grind, but the size of the ground pepper is perfectly acceptable, so I don't mind that it doesn't seem to be adjustable. I got the brown color, and it is darker than it appears in the picture on my screen, but that's OK, too.No disclaimer on this review; I did NOT receive it free or deeply discounted. While that would have been nice, if this peppermill holds up, I will feel I got good value for the price.

It worked great for the first couple of months, but then after refilling it for the 3rd time, it stopped working correctly. It turns out a little metal piece got loose (maybe bc of constant use) and now the mill doesn't grind the peppercorns. I have reached out to the seller and manufacturer and have yet to hear back. So much for "lifetime guarantee." Rating would be higher if they actually respond and help me resolve this issue.*****************************I am updating this bc I have received a response. They asked for me to explain in detail and submit pics. No more than 24-hours later, they are mailing out a replacement...I guess I was just being impatient :-P

I was a little concerned about what I would actually receive given the price of this grinder is almost half of the average price for comparable models. I was pleasantly surprised at the solid feel and sleek, real wood design. It was simple to fill and grinds as a pepper grinder should. Hope it lasts a good long time.

A very nice mill & i use it every day!

Shipping speed was remarkable.The grinder looks nice but I haven't been able to get it to output a coarse grind. It grinds to a fine consistency no matter how I adjust the adjuster. It could be the pepper corns I have but I doubt it. It may also be because of the ceramic grinding parts, I don't know because I have never had one with this type of grinders. But it does grind pepper and it was very inexpensive so I'm not disappointed at all.

When I began to use this pepper mill it seemed to do what I expected. I used it less than two weeks and it broke for no reason. I would not recommend this product if you need something to last.

I liked everything about this pepper mill. The appearance is beautiful and the color matches my table perfectly. It is well made and is easy to fill and easy to use. This is a real deal and I'm glad I bought it.
