LED whip worked great but was riding and started to smell smoke. Jumped off real quick and tore off the seat and the wire was all melted and there was a little flame. Doused with water and disconnected on the spot. Wires were routed by dealership and away from heat etc. Need a new wiring harness I guess and will continue to monitor. Boss makes good products and still have the stereo/light bar from them as well. I guess will see if I get a new wiring harness from them about this post. Can’t really say anything to negative since they haven’t been able to reply yet.
