Had a reaction to it
I took it as described on the bottle. Got bad headache, dizziness, and nausea after the 3rd day. I wish that this side-effect had been mentioned in the product description. I researched the product and found that some people do get these effects. Since it is liposomal, I decided to change the way I take it. I spray 2 pumps in a glass of juice or water and take it with liposomal cucurmin and light food in my stomach. This way it slows down absorption. I figured that the quick absorption may have overwhelmed my sensitive metabolism. Also, it was not clear that upon arrival it needed to be refrigerated. I learned that from reading reviews!

Warning: .Liquid NMN gave me headaches
I took these drops as suggested and the first day I got bad headaches. I tried to see if it was something else I was taking and the second day I only took these drops and the headaches continued until I stop taking this product.

A Bit Weird Tasting, But Great Potential for Improved Cellular Energy
I have been taking Liposomal NMN Synergy for about a month now. I'm not sure if it's this product or something I'm doing differently in my life, but the last couple of weeks have been above average when it comes to energy! I've been more alert, focused and energized than ever before. It seems like I can push myself a bit further than I could in the past. Was it just this NMN supplement? I don't know. I would like to believe that there are benefits in taking supplements like this where there is really good science behind how it works. I do think that it would be better if the taste was just a bit better, but I really think overall that this could be a great supplement for consideration of those looking to improve cellular health and potential anti-aging benefits.

Not totally sure what I'm supposed to feel...
Not absolutely sure what I'm supposed to be feeling from this... I don't feel like i can tell that Ive been taking anything .. I don't notice any changes but that's pretty normal with me and supplements.... I do feel like this is a reputable company though .. so I'm sure it's doing something .

Precursor to NAD+
I have tried powdered NMN before but then read the powder might be better put in a capsule with coconut oil and used as a suppository where it would be properly absorbed and help with NAD+ and aging issues. Liposomal suspensions are known to be well absorbed, so this form of NMN seems worth a try. NAD+supplements are exorbitantly priced where NMN is more affordable. This liposomal formula with Trymethylglycine has a pleasant taste and as you swish it around your mouth and swallow that is important. Most importantly it is soy free.Cellular aging is hard to review, so I will not say things that I cannot verify. This supplement is not inexpensive, so it might not be that much less than NAD+ and is pricier than some brands of NAD+.Overall, this formula seems of a very high quality, well researched and well worth trying.

Just fine
It's hard to review many supplements because determining efficacy is hard, and this one is no different. It's easy to use - spray two pumps under your tongue and let set for 30 seconds, then swallow. The taste is OK - not awesome, but not bad.To tell the truth, I feel no different using this NMN than I did before. That said, there is a lot of recent literature on NMN, and I'm a believer. The cost for this is fairly high, as it is for any NMN I can find, but I do think that it's likely to be a good anti-aging supplement, and I'm going to keep taking it.

Whatโs Nicotinamide? Is it safe and effective?
NMN stands for Nicotinamide Mononucleotide to support cellular vitality. The Designs for Health brand costs a reasonable$1.35 per two pumps each day. But is it also effective in energy production, and brain health? NMN along with Nicotinamide Riboside are gaining attention for a myriad of claimed health benefits including raising NAD + levels. One human trial was published just this year showing an NAD + level increase while also demonstrating the need for additional research. As with any supplementation, itโs wise to check with your physician first. One odd thing I noticed is that the company website seems to be geared toward professional marketing and a constructive suggestion is to make it consumer oriented, too. Guys like me will always want to check out a company before ordering. Being locked out of information such as ordering without a login is unusual. Lastly, the Amazon 30 day free return guarantee is confidence inducing.

Low does, nasty taste, requires refrigeration
This is the fourth NMN supplement I've tried in the last few years. Although NMN supplements have been studied clinically, it's not at all clear that these NAD+ precursors actually work to increase NAD+ in humans -- slowing aging and increasing energy. Still, i'm a willing guinea pig. Here are my issues with the Designs for Health product:* I don't see any research on their website supporting the efficacy of their product -- or really, any NAD+ precursor. Looks like they kind of jumped on the NMN bandwagon and didn't invest much effort in ensuring that it was a product worth selling* Only 50 mg, which is well below the 250 mg used in most clinical trials on humans* The stuff tastes nasty.* Ethanol?* The dispenser is messy and needs cleaning after each use.* The refrigeration requirement. I did not see that on this page. It's not even mentioned on their website, and wouldn't have noticed it if I hadn't read the reviews here. Ah, yes, there it is, on the warning panel in very small type: "Refrigerate upon receipt. Keep out of reach of children."I buy items that need refrigeration all the time, and they invariable say "REFRIGERATE" on the front of the container. Why hide that detail? We all have refrigerators, so it's not like it's unduly onerous for people to refrigerate supplements. This is also more expensive than the competition. Do better, Designs for Health.
