I cold brew it daily and add electrolytes to it. Taste great, fresh, great quality, and my uterus love it. I drink daily throughout my cycle. Love how these don’t have microplastics in their tea sacks unlike most teas! The taste is very mild and caffeine free! I would say it has a very mild, fruity green tea taste. Tastes very similar to green tea with a very mild fruitiness to it. I’m using it for pregnancy and if you like most teas, then this will hit the spot!

I got this raspberry tea because doctor told me to start this tea at 36weeks. It tastes amazing, I was skeptical earlier because I’m not a tea person, but I’m in love with this tea. Worth buying it

The quality of this will likely not compare to others. This is genuine loose leaf and you can tell with the taste! I take this to improve my menstrual health, and it definitely does! It helps with my health and overall complexion. The taste can be strong, but a touch of honey and it is nice to drink. Organic so you know what the ingredient is. The bag is huge so it lasts a while!

This is a great tea, it had a good flavor and was very smooth. The serving size was perfect. The only reason im not giving a 5 stars today is because it does not have the string attached to the big and I had to fix them out.

I got this organic red raspberry leaf tea while pregnant to help strengthen my uterus for birth. I thought 1lb would be not enough for drinking every day. I was so wrong, I still have some after drinking it every day for 6 months and after giving some to three different pregnant friends. It lasts forever. There are some stems in the tea but it doesn't hurt to brew them with the leaves. It's not my favorite flavor of tea so I mix it with lemonade to drink it more. I also sometimes brew it with a different tea that I like to help with flavor. It's a great product for the value! I recommend this for any pregnant or post partum mama that needs a uterus boost. -wife of mat

I bought this after reading it can ease menstrual cramp and to be honest, I was pretty skeptical. Usually my cramps are so bad I need to take 3 extra strength ibropfen just to be able to function like a human being. Since drinking this tea, it has improved my overall well-being and the best part is I no longer have to take over the counter drugs to ease my cramps. The tea sort of tastes like a mild black tea which I don't mind but I brew it in a tea pot and will throw in a fruit tea to add additonal flavour. I have also found that I need to drink 3-4 cups a day in order to feel the full pain free effects. I read online that this tea is benefical if you drink it before your cycle but its never worked out like that for me as I tend to drink it the day it arrives and it has still worked its magic. 10/10 recommend for individuals that want a healthy alternative to medication. Pro - alleviates cramps (I personally found this after having 3-4 cups a day) - healthier alternative to medication - affordable as the bag lasts awhile (100 tea bags per pouch) Con - need to drink more than 1 cup (my personal opinion) - some people might not like the taste (to combat this, I brew it in a teapot with a fruit tea I like)

I drank it quite consistently leading up to delivery, but in my personal experience, it didn’t make a noticeable difference— I still had a long and difficult 12-hour labor. Of course, everyone’s experience is different, but I wanted to share that honestly. As a tea itself, it’s very easy to enjoy. The taste is mild and gentle, which I actually like because I can drink it without adding anything. It’s also **caffeine-free**, so I felt comfortable having it daily. I appreciate that the ingredients are very simple — just pure raspberry leaf, nothing extra. It feels clean and natural. The tea bags are also good quality, and I usually steep for about 5 minutes to get a slightly stronger flavor.
