Excellent content. I'm using this book for trainings at work and my team is really appreciating the content. Also very applicable to family relationships, conversations with your significant other, and more. It's applicable to almost anyone who wants to be able to actually talk about things that matter but doesn't know how to go about those hard topics.

This is such a wonderful book if you want to really be able to communicate effectively, whether that be at home with family, at work, at school, etc. The only problem with my purchase is how long I waited to buy it. It literally has helped me through a few difficult discussions already in just a week. I highly recommend this book to any and everyone as it can also help you with difficult conversations down the road.

I like how the authors stressed the importance of making dialog safe. Which seems key. The authors gives you the tools to do that and be able to move forward.
