Interactive with goals to help you apply what you read.4.) Bite size pieces - Big picture.5.) It required you to take action and then be accountable for your actions.Take away points.1.) 12-15 times it takes to follow-up with a prospect. Stay in touch and determine unique options and new reasons to stay in touch.2.) People can't argue with logic.3.) Little Black Dress - Can't find the perfect home. Have the buyer prioritize to get them close to that perfect home.4.) Can't do anything without follow-up - It also reminded the team how important phone follow-up is with new social media and e-mail. Prospects still need that personal touch.5.) It's about the customer and NO US! We are problem solvers not sales people.6.) Really listen!

This is the first book that has exercises geared specifically toward a new home sales team in a daily exercise format. We took our entire new home sales force through this program and the most experienced sales person (20+ years in the industry) and the brand new sales person that was still in training found this to be a valuable tool. The author gave some real life examples and daily 5 minute exercises that allowed each of us to "personalize" the experience as to how we can sell more homes in our market, our community, our product and even further develop our own personal selling style. It's refreshing to find a book geared specifically to our profession and not have to look for ways to "translate" the exercises or advice. I give it a 5 star rating!

I purchased the books for my Sales Force and they loved it! We have completed each dare and now have decided to use each dare as a weekly topic in our sales meetings. We have enjoyed the range of information from back to the basics to taking your skill levels up a notch. The book is a great resource for all new home sales specialist and would recommend it is a must read for anyone in new home sales.
