Q: What direction should the airflow be through these filters?

Air will flow through the white side first, then exit through the green side. The white side has an open weave, the green side has a flat weave. Overspray flows through the white side and gets caught on the backside of the green, which sort of primes the filter, or creates a veil. Overspray then builds backwards throughout the white media giving you the proper amount of overspray collection and lifespan. Bottom line, white will be visible inside the booth once loaded. Q: Is the frame reusable?

There is no frame. Is a floppy filter that sets in an existing frame. If you are using for paint room they cannot be reused. We only use in paint room so I cannot vouch for anything else.

Q: can you make them a different size 15x30?

Since this is a non-standard size they cannot come prepackaged in 15x30. However, we would suggest purchasing a 30"x300' master roll of this material (available in our Amazon store) and cut them to the desired size.
