First - Product arrived quickly. Packaging was good and robust. Product arrived in good condition with no damages.Second - Set up was very quick and easy and intuitive. I downloaded the mobile app and set it up from there. No issues.Third - Strength signal and area coverage are quite good. The signal even extended beyond 3000 sq feet from device.Fourth - Have been using it for a month now and so far so good!

I sold three of these to a client back in January 2023 and have had nothing but problems. GLi Net has been useless . These units simply are poorly made and designed. They have to be power cycles constantly.A garbage flaky product.Gli net refuses to replace them under warranty.Will never recommend any glinet products or purchaseLooks like I am going to have to eat them and buy something better for the client. Any suggestions?

So far so good. I was so impressed with the router for my daughters apartment that I bought one for my house and am now playing with Site to Site.

After having this mesh pair for just over six months and fighting with it to re-add the mesh node to the main router for an hour this morning, I'm done with it. The documentation is not helpful. The app kept failing to find the mesh node. When it did, it still failed to connect. Couldn't even scan the barcode on the bottom of the unit.I have used GL.inet routers before, but this one is just not user friendly. I reverted to my AX1800.

An excellent repeater for low power devices that apparently do not have exceptional transmission capabilities like some IoT devices and some less powerful adapters.The powerful web interface was a bit tricky to find, but I do remember connecting through ethernet on the lan port to 192.168.8.1.Good stuff.

This is one of the best FOSS routers available. I have been a fan of GLinet products for a while now and the Velica definitely delivers. It's sleeker than in the photos. It likely will have software support for the next few years and obviously it comes with openWRT and LuCi preinstalled which is amazing. GLinet products are amazing for the price, you really cannot go wrong.

If you're looking at this because it says it runs OpenWRT, don't buy it.The manufacturer has modified the OpenWRT image so heavily it's unusable. I couldn't even create a new service based on shell scripts. Common packages are unavailable in the manufacturer repositories. It's unusable for anything you would care about having OpenWRT for specifically.
