Q: Is this really good for keeping water out of a wound/stiches that are not supposed to be submerged..?

It helped with my wounds as long as I had gauze underneath but didn't get totally submerged. Showered with it indirectly out of shower spray

Q: Can protect a scar from the sun during swimming?

Well I don't know much about the sun, but I sure know it can protect it from the water. I'm not sure if this is helpful. Thanks.

Q: Will thus stick around and area that is leaking fluid? Wife has an incision that should have a wound vac on it, but Dr. didn't think she needed it.
