Smart sold by Amazon - doesn’t work with Alexa
There is a skill but it doesn’t do anything.What is the point of Amazon EU directly selling smart Wi-Fi enabled radiators that do not work with Alexa? Utterly pointless

Great pice of equipment, if you’re thinking on getting one they are worth the money plus also help save on your bill's too so it’s a win win. They’re great!

Poor Wi-Fi set up
These are brilliant when the Wi-Fi decides to connect during setup, took four days for it to decide to connect! That’s after been sent a replacement because the first wouldn’t connect either! I have five others of these smart heaters and they are superb and all connected perfectly! 4 stars today, Wi-Fi connection when you read the reviews is very poor during setup!

Great radiator but setup a nightmare!
Great radiator and gives off a lovely heat, plus (very importantly) doesn't clunk or click when heating up and cooling down. Functionality is great too BUT, it's possibly the worst setup experience I've had for a long time. Followed the instructions exactly as per manual and the app but had to pretty much figure it out for myself via trial and error. Gave up eventually after a dozen or so failures to try again another day. Worked the next day so not sure if it was a router reboot that did the trick.Decided to order another (due to size and layout of the room) and it worked better first time but there is a nack to controlling the same "zone" via the app. Both rads have to have exactly the same programme and temp setup before you can control the zone. So Great for heat and comfort but not for "technophobes"

Works but a little fiddly
It does work and heats well. The only downside getting the smart app sode set up was not that straight forwards. But once done works perfectly.

Great product once setup!
Like many others, I had difficulty in connecting the rad to wifi.Couple of mistakes that I made that will hopefully help folk in future:Make sure you download the right app (TCP Smart with the green house) on play store.Connect to 2.4ghz wifi network (if you try to connect to 5ghz network it won't connect).If I knew both of the above it probably would've saved me a couple of hours!Not convinced the brackets are that great but seem secure enough.All in all I got off Warehouse in 'like new' condition for £80 so for that I'm very pleased with the end result.
