Two xlr inputs gone bad but getting new one quick
I have been able to make some pretty good sounding recordings with this I got it because my 2i2 wasn’t cutting it for drum recordings after a few months two of the inputs went bad so I reached out to them and after sending them a video of the problem they said clearly it was a problem with the hardware so they got me in touch with the place I bought it from and they sent me a label and had me take it to a FedEx to drop it off the day later I got a message from FedEx saying that I had a package on the way and also a message from the company too. I am supposed to get it today I couldn’t be happier with how fast they have sent me a replacement I thought I’d be outta luck for weeks so overall I am very happy with them putting aside that it had a problem but I’ve never dealt with such quick customer service and that is extremely satisfying
