Does the job (very ) nicely so far!
I bought this because I had an old 2-way KVM but want to add a third laptop to be controlled. Saw this, seemed decent value...So far, seems excellent. I have a PC and 2 laptops connected. Using the HDMI (obv) for video and the USB connections on the cables for the mouse and audio, not using the audio and mic jacks on the leads. Mouse and keyboard (both wireless with USB dongles) work fine. Also have a Jabra cordless headset plugged into the USB hub port on the KVM, and that works fine on all devices. I also plugged a small USB hub into that port, and it worked fine.Switching seems good, reliable and pretty quick using the wired remote - 2-3 seconds for the monitor to switch, quicker for the mouse. I'm not using the hotkeys, just using the wired remote for the switching. Good wired remote control, tactile buttons and an LED by each one so you can see which is active.By default, very annoying beep when switching - just make sure you have the button to allow keyboard shortcuts on on the KVM, then you can disable the beep with keyboard commands (and I then pressed the button on the KVM to turn off keyboard shortcuts, I just want to use the remote button).Interestingly, the item seems (to me) to suggest you need to power the thing up with a separate 5V (USB) supply. Mine is working without that, so obviously it can take power from the plugged in devices in some cases. I like that, I prefer the unit to be off when all of my devices are off.Obviously, make sure all of your devices have HDMI video outputs, or get the relevant adapters to convert to HDMI and make sure you have an HDMI cable for your monitor (this comes with cable sets for the inputs but not the outputs). So far, works perfectly, though only been using it a day, so will update this if things change.

Extremely Functional Tool
Working for a few companies as a freelancer the need to work with multiple devices this is a lifesaver. The ability to use 4 laptops with 1 keyboard , mouse and camera is great. The audio is a bit hit and miss at times as it comes with jacks for headphones and mic. Most laptops nowadays use USB ports so another connection to USB would be ideal.Other than the audio jack issue this is a great assistant to my daily work.

CKLau 4 PC KVM plus audio and USB 2 ports
Since installation: So far has worked flawlessly. Nice solid construction too. I like the fact it is powered by its included powerpack. The previous KVM I tried would not work with just one computer on and also would drop out occasionally. Very annoying. That KVM was by another company. I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price too. Only con is the leads could be a bit longer. But I like the fact that all the connections are via one HDMI lead into the back of the KVM and then video, USB audio. Microphone are all behind the computer. Using with a Logitech wireless keyboard and trackball combinations and installed with no problem.I've just ordered a second one for my setup in my upstairs computer room So here's hoping the KVM remains reliable. Would like to know if longer leads are available.

Very finickity, LOTS of glitches
I use this to swap between laptop and desktop. It works for the most part, but has the following faults:- Occasional screen flickering (I use the correct cables, spent loads on them)- Sometimes one of the screens won't work until I unplug a cable and plug it in again- Most recently, it's been randomly triggering the switch after a beep (and there is NO chance I am pressing the button by accident)I never really managed to get the shortcuts working, the instructions were not clear and fairly badly translated.I am holding out for a similar KVM from a different company, but sadly 4k 144hz KVMs arent that common.

Great switch ... shame about the cables
It is a tidy sturdy switch, made of metal, works well and delivers great picture quality. One point of note, on first setting up, the displayed image over filled the screen - at first I thought this was a switch fault. I later found an image display size adjustment option on the display device, after which all was well. Easy to set up, just plug-in and use. Note that a USB power point / adapter is needed to supply the power.Plugging in a webcam to one of the USB2 ports (mouse) caused the switch to malfunction, but using a USB3 port was fine. This might be down to not fully understanding the mouse switch / hotkey settings ... which might be confused when using a combined keyboard / mouse wireless dongle. The reason for just a 3 star rating is that the product illustrations appear to show that the HDMI and USB cables are conjoined, a key characteristic for choosing this product. They are not, further the USB cable is significantly longer than the HDMI cable leading to a total rat's nest of messy cables (eight in total), requiring further expense for cable management solutions. Provision of conjoined HDMI and USB cables would give this product an unqualified 5* rating.NB: If using with closed laptops, remember to change the laptop power settings to not go to sleep when the lid is closed!!

CKLau KVM Switch HDMI 4 Port with Audio is beautifully designed -- but has quirks
The CKLau KVM Switch HDMI seems to have thought of everything.I have been oscillating between a 4 and 5 star rating. Since I like the switch, I left it at 5 stars. My configuration is as follows:A W10 desktop outputting VGA. I use a VGA to HDMI converter and tap the audio using a USB audio converter. This works flawlessly so far.A Linux desktop with a VGA to HDMI converter and tap the audio using a USB audio converter. This works flawlessly so far.A W11 Desktop outputting HDMI. This works flawlessly so far.An W11 HP Laptop (dy2xxx). The Laptop has an HDMI output and USB ports for input. It is temperamental in that in order for it to connect to the switch properly, you have to start the Laptop with the switch set to its position.Sound on the older desktops is routed from a USB sound adapter through the VGA converter.I had problems getting the Laptop to route the sound through the HDMI output. It took a couple of restarts to get the laptop to recognize the switch as an external monitor and then you have to set the display to the external monitor only. Then find the sound output setting and set the sound to go through the HDMI output.I recommend having a flashlight, easy to remove tape, and some 5" cable ties available when you hook things up. The cables are 5 feet long, you might need longer cables depending on how close your PC's are to the switch. Also useful was an HDMI to HDMI coupler with a spare HDMI cable so I could move the monitor to the side to make hooking things up easier. It is a good idea to also download the user manual and save it for future reference. If you accidentally interchange USB cables, display login on a PC. Then try each position and see if the keyboard enters characters for the password. Then switch USB cables until things line up.

Fonctionne parfaitement!

Amazing experience with support, works!
So my story is that I received this product, and like the other reviews, I had issues with sound buzzing and flickering. However, I reached out to CKlau support and they managed to resolve all my issues; it was not a problem with the KVM switch itself, but likely because many machines output weak displayport signals which can get lost.I had a good experience with support, and I found that the KVM switch works great. Support was more than happy to help to resolve all my issues. For those of you having trouble there are two reasons (with the 4K 144Hz version):1. If you have a keyboard or mouse (e.g. like the DROP CTRL) that have LEDs, then there is coil whine or noise from LEDs. When plugged into the KVM, this is the fault of your keyboard; it can be resolved by turning off the LEDs. Note that there are reports actually for this specific keyboard of coil whine which is resolved by later editions.2. Flickering is due to weak GPU output I think. CKLau were happy to provide me with a solution to resolve this including ferrite beads and shielded DP cables. If you see flickering, your laptop or PC likely has weak DP signals.Other than that, it works great with even a gaming keyboard + mouse (HSK Pro Ace), you need to follow the youtube video to reset the KB + Mouse and disable the hotkeys on the KVM. The customization of the KVM is very nice, and I really like that the KVM itself comes with some high quality DP cables straight off the bat. I encountered no other issues, and frankly without contacting support the KVM can handle 4k 144hz with not much issue in most cases; I even tried this thing at 4k 155Hz with HDR 10 + FreeSync and it could do it.The beep can be turned off too if necessary. Overall the switch has been in use for many days, highly stable to switch between OSX and Windows environments both running at 144hz 4k. I use headset with both, and the switch delay is very short. Would highly recommend. I've tried the GREATHETEK and other brands, and CKLau has been the best.

Does what it needs to with some coercion
Generally does what I need it to do - switch my monitors and keyboard/mouse between my desktop and laptop. Sometimes when I wake the connected computer the keyboard or mouse will not register and I need to toggle the kvm a once or twice to get things working again. It also makes a very loud beep when it switches, which seems unnecessary and is actually quite annoying.

Produit solide(acier), bouton solide aussi, produit complet HDMI, clavier, souris et audio, le HUB est très utile. Je peu dire que je suis très satisfait de ce KVM car fini les multiple clavier et souris ...
